SCAM ALERT, Be carefull, this property adds fake reviews that is why they have a high rating on booking.com and on maps. (they added a review on my behalf with 10!!). I am in contact with booking to investigate how is this even possible. I ve never experienced rudest staff (more than 100 stays with booking.com). They tried to put us in an unbelievable room (not corresponding to the photos) where everything was disgusting and after complaining they gave us a somehow similar to the one we booked but same level disgusting regarding cleanliness. Facilities dont meet basic criteria. Underground rooms with windows looking to a wall. Stains, hair and dirt everywhere, sheets and pillows i doubt are ever cleaned. Check other 1 star ratings before you decide to book an accommodation here.

The staff were rude took payment first before showing the room both rooms shown were dirty as it was for prostitution spit on tiles of paan or vomit bathroom wasn’t clean told to clean room didn’t clean the room asked for towel had to go to front counter 5 times to get a towel because no one was bringing it to the room every time was 2mins give us 10mins I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone

My room had no services which was listed in the facilities section! Like no desk, no security box, no wifi, broken a/c ,rooms were dirty. To my surprise even the flushing system was not functioning! When i asked for change they said they didn’t have rooms available! Since i don’t even in India so i didn’t know about the refunds, so i didn’t ask.

Nothing! didn’t like it at all! I didn’t even stay in the hotel! It was so bad. I left my luggage and went to my friend’s place! The room and services were horrible ! Don’t go for the pictures and the stated amenities while booking, it’s a scam! I had to switch my rooms twice and at the end they gave a hotel which was just 1000 rupees worth! And I paid 2000 rupees for one night. They play you! Don’t go for it!

I chose this hotel over other airport hotels because of its good rating. but unfortunately it was very very dirty. there was a lot of black hair on the bed and there were a lot of stains. I could only sleep dressed. the shower is just a watering can with water flowing onto the floor, not a separate area. there were no towels or toilet paper. Breakfast very spicy

First - the property posted a 10 review on my behalf which I have just edited. They are frauds. OYO hotel - stay away Filthy room, hair on the floor, tainted sheets, damp walls, leaking AC, toilet seat broken (unclean bowl), poor hygiene Could not contact property for 48hrs before travel and had to seek help from booking.com Have lodged official complaint.

No toiletries was available like Body wash, shampoo, lotion. Cleanliness could be improved as I found unclean linen, centre-table and washroom. Coffee/Tea kit and electric kettle was not available.

Breakfast served was sumptuous. Location is reachable and prime. Spacious room size. Courteous staff.

No facility in the room for tea or coffee. TV was not working. You have to buy the water. I was told they will provide the water, I only got the water on arrival after that I have to buy the water.

Some rooms don't match description and are far older, than you expect. The rooms are clean but the toilet sit - though clean - was of very unpleasant aged yellow color. The windows open in some kind of technical spaces between buildings. Fan's speed button didn't work, so it was either too hot or too cold. We took this hotel as more expensive accommodation to finally enjoy our stay - but I'm not really happy with what we got. Traveling even in more expensive Europe, for the same price range we got far better accommodations.

At night was loud noise of repair work at night, which made sleep really restless. Some mold on walls and a little bit on floor. Flor cleanliness was not really well, better not to walk bear foot. Air conditioner was a little bit damaged

I did not stay, took my money back and left. The room from the photos is some super expensive and still not with it. So, all photos on the booking are fake. Room was somewhere in the basement, no windows and stinks.

The elevator only goes to the top floor - and you have to go to all other floors on stairs!!!

Hotel is new. The rooms are large. Bathrooms are have no separate shower area, so all the floor is wet. Towels and bed linen was not spotless - though laundered I hope.
