IndiaThe items in the complimentary breakfast should be more. More "choice" of food should be there. Thought the quality of food were just good, but we want it in the excellent level. So, the quality food must be supervised.
Service and behaviour of the staffs were excellent. They were very much cooperative and helpful, specially to the front desk staffs, were really with warm heart.

Indiathe washroom system should be better. After shower if is like flooding. Hopefully it will be better next time.
Breakfast was really tasty and healthy options were there. All the items were too good. Specially I would like to mention the helpfulness and behavior of the staffs in the dinning room .I really appreciate their behavior.

IndiaThere is water logging problem in the bathroom corner. There was a big group of tourists in the hotel during our stay who were too loud, but that is not in hand of the hotel. Because of its position near sea, room floors get wet when AC is off. We kept it turned on when we went out but the stuffs turned that off. When we returned, the floor was awfully wet due to moisture.
We booked the hotel for a relaxed weekend. Cygnett is quite good and new hotel in the line of newly developing hotels near Dheusagar. All the facilities are not yet activated. Room was good, but from first floor room there is no sea view because of the forest between the hotel and the sea. Room amenities were apt, but bathroom is not well maintained. Breakfast spread was good. There is also live counter. Lunch and dinner are also good but expected more variety of fishes given the area. Stuffs are courteous and helpful. Pool area was good. There was swim suite rent or purchase facility. Bar was also nice. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
