Room service menu especially tea coffee are expensive for the place and having restaurant below. Bathroom drainage was not good The reception staff was strange asking spouse I'd too. It was not a pleasant welcome or gesture and offensive

We had a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Bathroom and shower were great. Breakfast was fabulous...lots of variety. Mr Chockalingham, the manager and all the staff were so helpful and attentive. I would thoroughly recommend Avenue 11.

The front desk staff are not professional, could be more welcoming and friendly. The coffee served was not good.

Morning buffet is very good. Even though not many options available, the food offered in the buffet is very good quality and just right enough to kick start your morning. The facility is closer to various eateries.

Rooms were clean and cozy. Breakfast options were good. We liked especially the podi dosai, alu paratha, and the green peas stuffed pooris. The proprietor of the property, Mr. Chockalingam, personally took care of the food quality and service. His team is good and helpful too.

located in a residential area with decent parking, Big and clean rooms and the bathroom have mini walk in wardrobe setup, all facilities like microwave,fridge TV were completely functional, including kitchen sink .. The breakfast was homely had a good spread definitely value for money..would recommend this place for staying if you are looking for one .

It's in a residential area but that wasn't a problem.

The place is very clean and well kept(the pictures are after the use). The toilet and the bath area were also very clean(might not be evident in the pictures). Has a covered parking space for around 4 cars, rest will be parked outside. It's a new building and the staff is very supportive. The breakfast was delicious 😋 and the manager was very supportive and a genuine person. He helped us book cabs, told us about the places to visit nearby and helped us with any further queries that we had. This place is 4.8km from the main Meenakshi temple, on the other side of the river Vaigai and we were suggested not to take our car but to book a cab as the parking facility near the temple isn't very great. We visited the place during the event of Goddess Meenakshi's wedding so the temple area was a little crowded. Overall, a very nice and clean place to stay. Thumbs up to the team!

Parking space is limited and approximately 3 to 4 cars can park.

The room and bathroom is spacious enough and neatly maintained. The staffs were very courteous and welcoming. We had breakfast at the hotel and i really want to mention that the food they served is very tasty. In my four days of trip i stayed in 3 hotels and Avenue 11 served the best breakfast. Mr.Chokkalingam sir made sure that every guests were taken care properly.

1. Bathroom was little dirty 2. It's a bit far from Meenakshi Temple but it's OK for having own transport 3. No quick bites nearby the property as this very much residential area

We didn’t like the fact that the TV was only providing Indian channels.

The room was very good and clean. It had a nice bathroom. The breakfast was delightful and by far the best one we had during our trip in South India.
