There were many mosquitoes in the dining area, not sure if they were breeding in the little potted table decor. The breakfast was also not fully ready at 5.30 so just be prepared if you have any early flight. The expectation of the massage was also not conveyed properly. We chose to have the massage outside of our room so they arranged a separate room, without telling us that there would be additional charges for that. Furthermore the massage was 15min shorter than the recommended time and the masseur forced us to give her tips and filled the ‘feedback form’ herself.

It was clean and the staff spoke english well. We managed to book the airport shuttle during check in. The shuttle is small and only fits 10.

Highly Recommend! My recent stay at Premier Place Surabaya Airport was an absolute pleasure. As someone catching an early flight, this hotel offered everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient pre-travel experience. Sparkling Cleanliness: The room was impeccably clean and fresh. It was evident that the housekeeping staff takes great pride in their work, creating a truly relaxing environment. Seamless Airport Shuttles: The highlight of my stay was the airport shuttle service. It was incredibly efficient, with shuttles running regularly, eliminating any stress about reaching the airport on time. The friendly driver added a nice touch to the experience.

The restaurant staff could be a bit more attentative - even when empty, if you sit closer to the pool there's nobody coming to your table to bring the menu, after a long wait we had to go inside to ask for it and there were quite a few unbusy bored staff workers. Also the pool can't be used after 7pm which is a bit weird because it's not a sound issue - the restaurant hosts parties that run late while nearby the men watch football and loud screaming is tolerated.

This is a hotel for those who have early flight from the airport as getting to the airport from the city centre can be a misery - we used Grab taxi for 110k and it took less than 30 min, yet there are other options, such as getting the train and then walking about 30 min (the thing is that there are only a couple trains per day and you can buy tickets on the app that accepts only local payment options, unsold tickets go on sale at the cashier at train station just 2 hrs before departure - good luck there!). The hotel seems posh and up to Western standards - clean, soundproof (or quiet), plenty of breakfast options from a buffet. There is some free junk food in mini bar. The restaurant is 24hrs, overpriced but the food is ok, it also serves beer. The pool is nice addition, seems clean and well-maintained. The free transfer to the airport is at every hour, our car was 10 min late so beware that punctuality might be an issue also here. Overall, totally worth a night here for those who fly early!

1st near to the airport 2nd, there is free shuttle service to the airport, although I have not taken it. This is my 2nd times I have been visiting the place 🙂 Unfortunately I still didn't get a chance to go for a swim. Hope to visit again if possible 😅

We had an issue with our bad linnen. Basically, it had stains of blood on them on multiple places. After asking for a new set of sheets the hotel provided us with another and slightly bigger room for the troubles. We appreciated this gesture. Something to keep in mind is to double check, and confirm that you are not in a smoking room while booking through Booking.com. We were charged an extra 100.000 IDR to change to a non-smoking room on site. Bad service either by Booking.com or Premier Place.

The location is just 10 minutes away from the airport by car, and they have a free ariport shuttle that is on time. Great! Nice to have a pool and the room was silent. The staff is professional. It was also nice that we could drop our luggage at the hotel in the morning prior to checking in.

The Ramadan buffet was terrible - I'd definitely avoid that. All food was lukewarm/cool. Even when the staff was cooking fresh food at the station (martabak/flat breads), they'd insist you take the colder food from the serving trays. Noodles were precooked and served cold with a lukewarm broth for the soup. Very disappointing.

Easy airport hotel. The room was small but comfortable. We had our laundry done and it was returned on time. The lunch/drinks we had at the restaurant were great. Front desk/housekeeping/restaurant staff were lovely.

Usually am the last person to complain about AC but temperature was set (18 C) with a tag on the controler to not make any change.. so the only way was to remove the card for electricity to stop the AC for a while when I got cold.. But then, no electricity = no more light or TV. Access to the pool was next to the restaurants table.. without any clue where to find toilet/shower/changing room/towel... Few members of the staff spoke english, not convenient for an airport hotel.. but they did their best to answer my request or finding someone who could answer me in english

Very nice room, bed comfy. Reception staff very profesionnal and welcoming. Both room and Bathroom very clean at checkin. Got everything in the room to fit my needs. Enjoyable pool. They upgraded me to a bigger room at checkin, nice touch 😊.

The shuttle service to the airport was excellent, and because we left before the breakfast started, they gave us some breakfast to go to eat at the airport, which I thought was amazing unexpected and the staff was friendly

It will be perfect if swimming pool can be open 24 hours, and can be used with pool lights during the evening time

Actually I wish to have a non smoking room. Unfortunately the time when I book only left with smoking room.

I enjoy the breakfast buffet I hope one of these days I can come again. I would like to get a swim to relax and chill. What I shared was the dinner we took. Thank you. They all enjoyed 😉
