EVERYTHING! This hotel is fab! The most friendly staff :) Pool area is beautiful and pool temp was ideal. Lots of sunbeds too. Room was very clean and modern. This hotel goes the extra mile with jugs of flavoured water by the pool, free daytime snacks and drink tasters, and bikes that you can rent for a small price. Breakfast was also delightful in taste with lots of options :) Lovely location right next to the beach.

Loved the sitting area on the patio of the room. Also, the food was excellent and the staff was very personable. It really is a resort geared towards adults, which was awesome and it had the best sunset views! Highly recommend.

Our room G2 was spacious and the bed comfortable. The bathroom had two basins and an open plan shower, both were ideal with plenty space. The air conditioning gave us complete control of the temperature in the bedroom/lounge which made it a comfortable stay. The communal pool is exceptional and the water was tepid so made it comfortable to enter. The service was outstanding by all staff and a mention to Jan who we had a bit more contact with as he provided us with complimentary treats in the pool area. All the staff were attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was again exceptional with great choice. The little surprises in our room every day, which I won’t give away were the little extras this hotel provide separates them from the rest.

The room we had was quite moist, and air inside the room wasn't feeling very fresh. Maybe the wooden bungalows are better than the rooms, but unfortunately, none of them were available anymore.

The hotel area, especially the pool, was very beautiful. Their spa and massages were probably the best I experienced during my trip to Indonesia. Breakfast was tasty, and there were many choices in the menu. Beach view was stunning.

TVs are in the room which is great but only get 5 channels with poor signal! But really that’s minor, for the price you pay.

They really mean it when they say constant surprises. Little touches that really make you feel so welcome and so comfortable. I’ve never stayed in a hotel like it, and certainly far better service than I’ve received from 4 and 5 star hotels! So quirky and everything thoughtfully designed. I loved it.

To get to restaurants in the evening you do need to walk or cycle in the dark which is fine once your used to the path!

We had a fantastic time at PinkCoco. The staff (Jan, Will and Matt in particular) went over and above to make sure we had a relaxing and wonderful stay.

Not applicable - everything was great. Maybe one downside was how low the tide always seemed to be, making swimming in the sea a bit tough.

The staff were absolutely incredibly and made our stay memorable. They learnt our names and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay.

We’ve stayed at more expensive hotels and had much less hospitality and service. The guys at Pink coco couldn’t do enough for us and they had plenty of constant surprises too. Best place.

Drinks are a bit pricey, we ended up going to other places for sunset happy hour.

This place is amazing, it has a really nice vibe. The layout is really well thought. Pool is lovely, amazing views, the breakfast is delicious. Staff is very friendly, I forgot an item in the room and they very kindly sent it back to me.

Bicycles are in awful condition, better to rent outside.

Staff is very friendly and cooperative! Location is good, sunset side. Beautiful exterior and nice vibe. Good choice of dishes for breakfast.
