The rooms could use more lighting. Although there is privacy from either side of you on the patio you are looking right into the rooms across from you. Would have been. Ice to have something like a roll blind you could let down if you desired more privacy.

The staff were excellent. Always smiling and happy to help in anyway they could for our whole stay. They arranged bikes for us on the days we wanted them. The bikes were in great condition comparatively to others we saw. I left my Serengeti sunglasses on my bike and they returned them to me. 🙏. We had breakfast included. A number of different options. All that we had were enjoyable. The location was perfect for us. A short walk in from the main drag but due to that very quiet. My daughter enjoyed the cats that were around the property. There are cats everywhere on the island. The room was cleaned every day. The room and bathroom were both large. The bathroom had great water pressure and the vanity lots of room for our stuff. Lots of plugs available. Many more than other places we’ve stayed. The bed was comfortable. 2 bottles of filtered water were provided and refilled whenever desired. The mini fridge had a number of different beer including some craft beer (pale ale and IPA) which was nice as I haven’t yet seen that anywhere else and all priced the same or better than local stores. Next door there is a sports bar (that closes at 10 and never heard any noise from it) that had pool tables, excellent mini golf, darts and basketball.

There’s nothing not to like about. Minor details only like very low light in the bathroom, as we needed to use our bedside lamp there, but that’s the only thing.

Everything was amazing, we had an excellent experience. The staff was very nice and made us feel like home. You can see it’s a family business that is managed with love for what they do. The hotel provides snorkeling equipment for free, bike rentals and laundry (extra cost). Breakfast is tasty and they have a good variety of courses. Also, the hotel has a nice restaurant, The Roast House. The location is really good, you’re close to both east side beaches for sunset, and west side beaches for snorkeling, away from all the noise from all the bars and restaurants. Next door there is a Sports Bar and mini golf you can enjoy, it closes at 10PM and there’s almost no noise coming from there, so it won’t bother your sleep.

Nothing not to like.

Everything! We ended up staying longer than predicted and the entire experience was excellent. You can walk to the hotel from the harbour (14 min, please be mindful not to use the horse carriages), the employees are genuinely good people and you feel welcome and at home right away. The breakfast is very tasty and you have good choices, I finally got to drink a good coffee. They have bikes to rent and snorkeling marks to lend, you don't need to rent it outside. They also provide laundry service which was very handy. You have 2 bottles of water in the room every day. The air-conditioning works great. You have all the amenities you need. The hotel is located just outside of the noisy part of the island, so we enjoyed a peaceful sleep every night while still at walking/cycling distance from the main area.

Loved our stay 100% but if I had to give any feedback it would be for smaller pillows on the bed and maybe more ventilation in the bathroom.

The hotel was lovely and just as advertised! really nice long pool to swim in, big clean rooms which were cleaned daily. Very nice restaurant and hang out area at the front and the staff were amazing and super helpful when organising bike rental / taxi etc also free snorkel equipment for when you want to go swim with the turtles! Location was great too as just far away enough from the loud busy strip with no mosque noise but within east walking / cycling distance :) would highly recommend!

Hard to find anything negative

Amazing value for money place in the quieter part of the island. The team is super friendly and accommodating, the rooms super clean with great bikes by the island standard. The food and wifi is also amazing if you plan to work from Gili for a while!

Difficult to think what we didn't like there. To me it was perfect.

Close enough to the turtle beach, but away from the main promenade. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Good and reasonably priced restaurant within the hotel. Clean, well air-conditioned rooms with fridge, nice pool and semi-private space by the pool.

The location is perfect, being in the quitest part of Gili T and still at walking distance from everything. the staff is laid back and very friendly. the rooms are clean and very spacious. We also enjoyed proper breakfast and good coffee. Overall, one of the best accommodations we had in Bali.

Almost everything . From the perfect design of the hotel to the soul of the hotel … Elva the owner! It’s clear her and Rene’s labour of love and it shows in all aspects of hotel operations, design , staff and efficiency ! They do amazing food for breakfast and have authentic genuine reccomendation so you have the best GILI experience that’s there to offer .

Enjoyed everything really. Beautiful property, amazing swimming pool, nice smelling rooms, yummy food at the restaurant and the breakfasts were good too. Staff is so welcoming and friendly! I was very worried about Wi-Fi as I need it for work but it was good 99% of time, the resort does everything for the internet to be stable! I’m writing it here so future guests know that the island is tiny and problems with Wi-Fi can happen everywhere but with like 5 days of rain that we had internet worked and I could have my work calls :)

Absolutely loved my stay here and didn't want to leave! the staff were the best, so friendly and always up for a chat. The room was gorgeous and so comfy, the pool is lovely and so big! it's a great location, down a quiet street but about 5mins to the beach and Turtle Point. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip :)

A window in the bathroom was broken, they put paper up to cover it, but it made it very dark in the bathroom. The place is on a dark road with nothing around, when I arrived I was unsure if I was the right place. But if you go down the street to the end, you are close to everything

Such a wonderful stay. The location is great- in the middle of the island, close to all the action on the East side but still quiet and easy to get everywhere on the island. The staff is so lovely! They helped us rent bikes and book transportation. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are comfortable with a huge bathroom, and the pool is great! Highly recommend!

Beautiful accommodation with amazing facilities in a great location! The staff and owner were the loveliest people and really went above and beyond for our stay, it was my birthday whilst we were there and my boyfriend asked if they’d be able to make a cake to surprise me and they delivered (best carrot cake I’ve ever had). They also organise a bike to hire for your stay and they’ll sort laundry too!!The restaurant attached is also well worth a visit! I would love to stay again!
