Heating had an issue, only an electrical pannel in the room that was not functioning well and nothing in the bathroom

I think there is a missing informations on booking.com under queen bedroom. I was then confused if a bathroom is part of the room or if there is a hair dryer or any other equipment available in the room.

Beautiful location. Helpful staff. There are 2 buildings (one for 4star hotel and one is 3star pension, if I understood this correctly) Just for your info. But both buildings looks beautiful and price is equal for what you'll get. Breakfast is smaller but offer everything you need and it was delicious ;) I would only add a nuttella and more vegetables :)

The rooms were not the ones that expected, but they were alright. However, we expected to have some water to drink in the mini-fridge.

The location and the view were very beautiful ! A very relaxing place with a lot of activities to do. The rooms were clean and the food from the restaurant was great.

Room was old, small and not clean. Not even one bottle of water included for such a price. Fridge with water outside locked with padlock like it is gold.

Beautiful area, next to the lake. You can take a rest there. Brekfast was really great!

The bed had a hole, the bathroom had no effective ventilation. No chairs in the room.

Hosts are helpful, room very quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Rooms were too hot and we could't turn down the radiators. Otherwise it was a clean and good place to stay.

It's a nice place. Best for weddings and company functions. Very good restaurant and superb breakfast.

It's for sure not 4 stars, no coffee machine, no free water bottle and so on. It's a bit strange that our room was not in the main building that was big and beautiful, but we were in a small building far from 4 stars, and not that close to the breakfast location

.We got uncleaned room. Got new one. Wifi not corresponnding to a real one. Different name. Different password.

Old and uncomfortable beds. We experienced the worst night of all the hotels we have ever been to. Refurbishment of the apartment is more than necessary. Bathroom was very worn. Not worthy of the four stars

1. Extremely unhelpful stuff: it took them more than a week to report that they couldn't put a baby bed into the booked room (and because of that it was too late to cancel the booking), didn't provide any other options, just stopped responding. 2. We arrived at 5:30 PM and our room wasn't ready yet. We had to wait extra 15 minutes while they were cleaning the room. 3. The air conditioner was leaking, drooping and the wall near the entrance was in very bad condition because of that (photos are attached). 4. I didn't quite understand before we arrived, that actually there are two different hotels: one is 4* and another one - 3*. We've got our room in 3* and it was a disaster. Maybe 4* is better, but that wasn't really clear based on our reservation that our room is in a different place. It should be marked much clearer.

So noisy due to a wedding party. They shouldn't offer rooms during those nights when they hosting very noisy party. The breakfast was a little bit disappointing for a 4 stars hotel. I almost late because I can't check out because the receptionist was not showed up for 15 minutes, even if I asked other staff member to call her.

Room looks nice, we loved the furniture.
