Top of the mountain means very, very steep drives to and in the resort. Take a 4x4 when renting a car!

What a view!! Absolutely spectacular vista on Skiathos, Skopelos, boats & ships moving around. Wow! Plus, being on top of the mountains means much cooler & fresher during the evenings & nights. Brand new, spotless clean and with very, very nice, friendly & helpful staff.

note that accessing the resort requires a car. you Cant simply walk to the city.

brand new and well maintained resort (2nd season) with a lot of attention to the surrounding. the team is very friendly and helpful. we got helpful recommendations for things to do and where to eat. the view of the bay from the villa is spectacular ! definitely a place to visit again.

Just a bit surprised that no big pool was available with our villa, but probably because I haven’t checked carefully what was written in the ad. Otherwise, all good!

The location is amazing, with breathtaking view and excellent fresh air! The resort is a bit tricky to reach so better rent a 4x4. Paolo and Andrea were very friendly hosts,

The roads to the resort could be improved a bit, but again… you have to put in some effort to get access to this extraordinary place.

Its always nice to welcome you with smile and good vibes,. Very kind and helpful owner. He has built something amazing on top of the hill. Don't worry about the uphill road. The view and the facilities are totally worth it. He has paid attention to every single detail in and out of the villa. Fresh coffee in the morning, high water pressure, everything was shinning like new, welcome gift, your own swing to enjoy the view, amazing three stage pools, hand crafted beds with excellent matresses, the kindest cleaners, vegetable garden to pick your own bio tomatoes, zuccini and more, quiet and peaceful. This is what summer is all about!!!

Nothing related to the property! The island infrastructure is out dated, and was quite surprisingly bad. In the port center of the city, except the main road which looks like it was done sometimes in 1980', the other secondary roads look like 1960' rural Albania. The lack of parking places in central areas makes it almost impossible for a car ride for lunch or dinner. What they call "parking places" are some pieces of raw land with huge and deep holes, covered with 2 cm dust, looking like Moon landscape. The disrespect and contempt of local authorities toward holiday makers is an understatement!

Outstanding Resort, magnificent landscape, perfect set up for a quiet and pleasant vacation! Perfect combination for vacation and adventure, sea and mountain. It's a must for every western holiday maker to book at least one in life! Will definitely be not disappointed! Many thanks to Andrea which is taking care of every guest!

The small villas don’t have their own pool and the common pool is a baby pool. Facilities, furbishment - nice and clean - but there is place for improvement. 4x4 required for accessing the place.

The location is absolutely breathtaking. Very well thought patios, gardens, hide-outs, amenities, overall cleanliness and excellent assistance from the owner. (This was really 5 star) All requests immediately taken care of. Vegetables garden - excellent idea!

Only minor things which does not detract from how amazing this place is. Could do with a couple more sun loungers and some hooks on the bathroom door for towels. Very minor though.

We booked this stay whilst in Skiathos after arriving at a different hotel (disaster). Booking this last minute, we had a text from Paolo within 10 minutes sending through a welcome pack with all the info we needed. From there we received an incredibly warm welcome on arrival and felt immediately at home. We stayed in Villa Linda which has exceptional views and 3 swimming pools. We had all the facilities we needed to go self catering without feeling like this was a chore. Our kitchen space was outdoors, which was fully stocked with equipment and a beautiful coffee machine. If you are looking for peace and quiet, a space to relax and recharge with a slower pace than the busy town (baring in mind the town is less than 10mins in a car) - this is your place! This stay was incredible from start to finish, it felt equally special following the brutal start to our week! Thankyou!

the only downside to the villa was that we didn’t have a swimming pool so maybe make that clearer for people when they book - this was solved as the owner actually let us use his pool in him own villa.

We booked a room that was advertised with Garden view! However, the room didn’t even have a window that could be opened nor daylight. There was no fan in the bathroom and the moistness of the shower would spread into the bedroom causing respiratory irritation. We paid a lot of money for something that was non existent.
