Hard to find anything, but 2 things: - breakfast was fine, but compared to the rest not outstanding - we booked a duo massage in the hotel nearby (they're partnering with: Aquila Porto), that was too expensive for what you get

The friendly staff, everyone (beach beds, reception, bar, restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) was so nice and made us feel very welcome. The location was lovely right next to the beach, but only 15mns walking distance to the old town. Everything was very clean. The rooms were big and comfortable, with a great view.

Everything! Well designed room, great shower , spotless, beach / pool/ spa facilities, best booked eggs I have EVER had in a hotel !! Fabulous balcony , and perfect location far enough from centre of town to be quiet and close enough to walk to bars / restaurants/ shops … amazing value !

Hotel’s location and beach is perfect. The hotel staff is always helpful. Room is fresh, view is wonderful. It was far better then I have imagined. Hope we can visit again in the future.

First floor room has some noise from traffic as don’t think the doors were double glazed. The complimentary milk was about two weeks out of date for the coffee machine.

Spotless and well designed rooms with great air conditioning. Nice little balcony with a fantastic view of the beach. Very comfortable bed.

You don't have a parking spot, but is understandable considering it is situated next to the beach. On the beach, even if it's adults only, some people would sit with their kids on the spots reserved for the hotel...i think there should be better signs for them not to try and reserved those spots. Eventually, they would move, i think the staff would ask them to move.

- The hotel excedeed our expectations, taking in consideration that it was a 4 star hotel. - The staff at the bar were awesome, the reception very useful, and Mariana from the beach staff also great. - Food, cocktails and pool was amazing ! - We would order at the bar and take food upstairs, which was nice also - The cleaning lady always cleaned and moped the floor..even when we left the 'don't bother' sign on, but we didn't mind, because everything was so tidy and smelled nice when we returned in the evening. If we come back to Crete, we will definitly book here again.

This place was the surprise of our 2 weeks trip in Greece. If there’s any hotel we wished we’ve stayed more it’s this. The staff, the breakfast, the quality of room (seaview) and facilities. The restaurant downstairs is great and probably one of the cheapest in town, which is weird given the quality. If you want a location by the beach with private beds, and away from the noise of the parties at night. This is the spot. It is 10-15 minutes walk to the old town, an easy and very safe walk through livable areas. But if this walk is too much and you’re after a stay in old town rather than a beach, maybe location is questionable. We’ll definitely be back. Rythimno impressed us a lot.

There was nothing not to like about this hotel. We would recommend it anyone who enjoys great sea views, great service and a real personal touch from the staff.

Great room large, modern and very comfortable. Fantastic views from balcony. All staff very helpful, attentive and nothing too much trouble! Hotel close to town, bars and shops.
