A wonderful holiday. Spotlessly clean room. Breakfast was great, lots of choice. Staff go above and beyond with customer service. They even catered for my lactose intolerance. Upgraded to King Suite. Fabulous 👌 10 minutes walk to the beach. 20 minutes to Skiathos Town. They provide a shuttle service too. Special thanks to Eleni and Julien!

Perfect stay. Eleni gave us a free upgrade on arrival to a huge suite with private pool. Breakfast was great with amazing coffee. The hotel manager even gave us a lift into town to get the ferry at the end of our stay.

Upon arriving we were very warmly greeted by Eleni who immediately made the place feel like home. We were very pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room, the balcony with yacuzzi, the view from the balcony,….All of it gave a feeling of luxury. We felt we got more then what we paid for. Great experience!

My sister and I had a lovely 4 night break at Avaton Suites & Villas at the start of the season. Within walking distance of both the beach & town, surrounded by beautiful olive groves. A peaceful oasis! Eleni and her team were so attentive, they made us feel right at home as soon as we arrived. Always checking we were having a good time and that we had everything we needed. Eleni was so cheerful and helpful - we really appreciated her level of customer service.

We were collected at Skiathos Port by a member of the Avaton staff by a private transfer who was very kind and helpful - taking our bags and driving us to Avaton Hotel, Suites and Villas. Upon arriving at the hotel the reception staff were very welcoming and took the care in explaining all that we needed to know. We were then showed to our room which was absolutely exceptional - a hot tub on the balcony and a bottle of wine on the house! The rooms are very spacious, immaculately cleaned and the beds are HUGE and very comfy. Dinner at the Black Pepper was outstanding with special thanks to Tre and his team. He is an incredible asset to Philian Hotels and Resorts and we were so pleased to see him after visiting last year.

Honestly can’t fault it.

Staff were lovely and so helpful when wanting to book boat trips, taxis, quad hire etc. Our room got upgraded on check in which was great. The views were amazing, breakfast had many different options and always tasted fresh. Room was cleaned and fresh towels and bedding provided daily.

Amazing stay! All the staff was very helpful. The room was clean with new furnitures. There was a mini pool in the balcony that we enjoy it to the most. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of different choices.We had an amazing time. We will be back.!!

Better bread selection at breakfast as the focus on sweet pastries was greater.

Lovely big room with very nice interior. The same goes for the bathroom. We got a small upgrade, which was nice. Lovely views. Quiet area. Great bed. Lovely amenities and coffee making facilities. Wine upon arrival. Nice touch.

Location was very uphill making it not possible to walk back to the property but they did provide a company shuttle booked in advance

Everything was amazing. My first impression was that everybody was very kind and smiley. The breakfast was delicious. Nice coffee. The room was very big and beautifully decorated with all the amenities inside. The best part was the jacuzzi and the amazing view. We had the best time. We will be back soon!

The villa was spacious and generously laid out. The 3 bedrooms afforded good privacy including separate balconies and bathrooms and yet the large living and cooking areas enabled plenty of space to get together. The private pool and large outdoor balcony and poolside provided more opportunity for sharing time together. The breakfast was very generous and wide ranging in its offer. The staff were friendly, professional and very helpful - the transfer from airport or ferry port included in the price was welcomed. Although it was an easy walk into the main part of Skiathos town, being taken to the apartment initially helped with luggage and orientation.

The room was a good size but the decor was rather dull and sombre. The pool-side sunshades were very difficult to put up and took at least 2 people to do so.
