We loved our spacious room with very comfortable beds. The hotel is in a great area of the city close to the water and walks of the city. The staff were really lovely and very helpful.

No options for good coffee and a small snack in public areas. We didn’t want a huge expensive breakfast. Also, room closets are poorly designed. Difficult to hang clothes and get to coffee/tea service. Very cramped. Room was very dark. Doors were so heavy, we had a hard time opening them.

Great selection of foods at breakfast, including vegan options. The atmosphere was lovely, and we were happy breakfast was included with our stay. It was tough waking up early coming from the US, so the convenience was great. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, acme even lent my husband a charger that would work with his 3 prong laptop when we realized our travel plug only had two.

We had a very comfortable double King size beds room. It was excellent, we loved it. The staff is very professional and friendly, we tried the restaurant which was very good, little bit expensive. The hotel is good situated, our room was very quiet.

Cleanliness of the rooms really could use more attention. Had to switch rooms as the first one was dirty, and in the room that we switched to, the shower didn't drain properly.

It was hard to find a room service menu. Turns out the QR code is buried in a TV data channel. Please just put a piece of paper in the room with the WR code… or a paper menu. Otherwise, as perfect a hotel stay as I’ve ever had.

The interesting and quality style of this hotel is rare. The location could hardly be better. Essentially on a major tram line, and one block off of the waterfront. Breakfasts and restaurant are wonderful but the thing that made the biggest difference to me was the kindness and concern of the staff. I’ve traveled the world professionally for more than 35 years, but never been treated better anywhere.

Maybe not their fault, but the room was kept at a constant temperature of around 21°C which is a bit cold. When you change the temperature on the thermostat it takes a few hours to go up a couple of degrees. Even after changing it, when we came back in the evening it was back on 21°

Great location, a few minutes walk from the Esplanade and the market square. Very comfortable room with high quality toiletries and a good shower. Bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was extravagant! Must be one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had. The staff were very helpful and friendly.
