This hotel has absolutely everything! We travel really a lot and this hotel is definitely one of our fav we have ever stayed in! We have had a room with own sauna, which definitely worth it and it was really pleasing. Entire hotel is very nice designed, modern and breakfast is very tasty, rich and varied. The location of the hotel is also perfect, near to the centre, but still very quiet. Also the staff was super nice all the time and really helpful, they even gave us an earlier check in! So this was definitely 10/10

The staff are incredibly helpful and attentive. Breakfast was fabulous, very authentic with a great variety. Staff was very attentive and all the dishes tasted exceptional. The room - Mystique deluxe with own sauna - Truly a feeling of being in Lapland in the heart of Helsinki. Spotless cleaning, very modern and cosy. One of the best hotel rooms I have stayed in. A leisurely 10 mins stroll to the central station and a 10 mins to the fantastic seaside. Truly a perfect hotel.

The whole experience was exceptional. Helpful staff checking us in, beautiful spacious room and the breakfast was amazing. We dined at their signature restaurant and the selection of unique local goods was terrific. Great location too! The hotel was close to all the major downtown areas.

This was hands down the best hotel stay I have ever experienced! From the moment we arrived, the staff at Lapland were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. One of the highlights of our room was the private sauna—it was absolutely amazing and added a unique touch to our relaxation time. I highly recommend booking a room with a sauna for a truly different kind of experience. The food at the hotel restaurant was also a standout. Every meal was delicious, featuring a great variety of flavors that cater to all palates. Whether you’re here for relaxation or adventure, Lapland provides a perfect blend of comfort, quality service, and exceptional amenities. I can’t wait to return!

The only reason why I did not give a full 10 for the experience is due to having visited their Tampere Arena location, which had set my expectations very high. In Tampere one was transported to an entirely different world with the music and lighting upon arrival to the lobby. This location did not have the mystical music playing in the lobby area, but did have it in the room, so we did not necessary feel the same sense of mystique. Overall an excellent stay!

Clean rooms, rain shower (personal favorite), excellent customer service. Breakfast had a lot of different options available and was delicious! Would stay here again!

The sauna. Even if its not fired up With wood, its nice after a long day of exploring. I liked the Woody feeling of the place. Felt like being in a hotel in the woods, But in the city.

Very friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room. Very relaxing and special atmosphere. Delicious and excellent food in the restaurant for both dinner and breakfast with authentic Lappish specialties. Central location. Everything is easily accessible on foot. 10 minutes walk to both the main train station and the harbor.

There was heavy rain during the night and the raindrops peltered the windowsills quite heavily. The noise was louder than what I would have expected. This resulted as a shorter night than what I would have hoped.

A truly ambient (Saami style) hotel with beautifully decorated rooms that might even contain your very own sauna. Nicely spacious, with a separate toilet (with own sink) and bathroom (with own sink) and separate shower room as well as sauna. (Note that rooms may differ.) The breakfast offered many things to various tastes and the local on-site restaurant (Kulta) had really delicious items on their a la carte list.

It was quite expensive. The blankets were incredibly thick and way too hot (even for the deepest winter).

We were lucky to be able to check in early, which was very convenient as we arrived quite early in the morning. The staff was very friendly. Our room was comfortable and beautifully modern.
