Beautiful decor. Interesting &unusual.

The hotel was a gem in a quaint town that did not offer much in the way of shopping or restaurants. We were however fortunate to be there on April 27th for the local Wine Festival that included a wine train that transported you to 5 local wineries for tasting and pinchos folllowed by a street fair with music in the town square. Susanna, our host, provided us with information about the festival. The hotel itself sports a movie theme with rooms decorated by movie genres. Our room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Street parking was free and just a couple of blocks away from the hotel.

Hit my head a few times on the shopping beams in the room.

The hotel was a beautiful historic building with very tasteful decor and services. Lovely large room and very helpful staff. Based in a beautiful village right in the square.

We booked a junior delux suite that said it had a balcony but it didn't even have a window that you could look out of, just two velux and a high window

Great location in the centre of a beautiful Spanish village. Room was interestingly decorated rather than the standard hotel room Breakfast was great with a different featured cooked item each day. Convenient parking. Friendly host and staff. Would return.

Everything was superb

Wonderful helpful hosts who with their enthusiasm for Rioja region made some wonderful suggestions to make our stay a memorable visit. We had the pleasure of enjoying a superb evening meal by proprietor chef Jose it’s a experience not to be missed, breakfast was great with attention to detail and accommodated my food intolerances of non dairy and gluten free ,we will certainly return. The boutique hotel has a quirky theme of theatre which adds to the ambience each room having a unique theme, decoration throughout is immaculate .

The hotel is a family run operation, and the service was very personal & very warm. We truly felt like welcome guests. We had the 4 course dinner in the restaurant & it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this hotel.

Absolutely beautiful place to stay, so very clean, the hosts were very friendly and accommodating to our needs, the honesty bar is a great idea! The building is full of history and the glass floor is amazing! Honestly the cleanest place we’ve ever stayed! The bath in the bedroom was a delight, very romantic place to stay. Bonus being it’s about an hour and a bit drive from Santander and Bilbao ports! Definitely hoping to return one day.

Just the detour, distance from the motorway , but that is impossible to change!!

The location is not the best, it's a long way from the motorway, especially when you're traveling between countries, but the place, right in the heart of Rioja, the welcome and the gastronomy, make you forget the detour to get there. We had to leave before the normal breakfast service time and they took care to prepare breakfast for us early so that we wouldn't leave without eating. Very friendly and generous. Call it hospitality

Great place in a lovely town. Breakfast included was fabolous. In the evening we booked also a great dinner which included a very intersting lecture about the place and the town. Staff was very nice and helpful.

The breakfast was fantastic. Beautifully presented. Dinner was also exceptional. The owners were very welcoming. The hotel was perfect, full of character. The town was a good base to visit the wine region of Rioja.

It is worth noting that the hotel is closed for meals on Sunday and Monday evenings, and also the Asador is too but there is a very local bar by the river that serves adequate tapas if you don't want to drive into Haro.

What a fantastic hotel. We loved the quirkiness of it, the attention to detail, the situation right in the village, the garden and Laura and José Ángel were amazing hosts. This is probably the best hotel we have stayed in in Rioja for years. We had a lunch in the garden which was amazing and breakfasts are so fresh and filling. There are a couple of great vineyards close by, Tobia and Taron, hence the reason for our visit to the village.

Everything was perfect. The owners were amazing and could not do enough to ensure our stay exceeded expectation. Breakfast was superb. Laura arranged a visit to an artisinal Bodega, highly recommend doing this. Loved the Saturday night tour and dinner. Perfect stay, highly rate this lovely hotel and would love to stay again.
