The staff was superb! Very professional and welcoming. Location was great and the room was very comfortable. Hotel facilites are top quality and the food at the restaurant was amazing. My son got sick during dinner and the restaurant staff attended to his needs and even brought the remaining dinner to our room. The only bad thing was that our stay was too short.

I think the prices are a little bit high

I loved the spa, it was amazing and the fanciness of the hotel and the breakfast was very meaty but they brought me anything I needed (I am a vegetarian)

Some areas of the spa weren’t clean and need urgent renovation.

The bedrooms and bathrooms were big and the bed was very comfortable. The food was excellent.

We would have given top marks, but unfortunately the standard of the evening meal let the side down. Service was very good but the meal quality was poor compared to the overall standard set by the hotel facilities. Stone cold plates meant the meagre sauce and accompaniments were cold when served. We had venison and a chicken dish. Venison served without any potatoes or vegetables- just a few mushrooms. The chicken was served with two small potato cakes ( really small) no vegetables on either dish. The Michelin restaurant is only open at weekends which is understandable as the hotel was very quiet, however it’s important that the alternative reaches a standard set as to the expected experience. This said we would not hesitate to return and recommend to others. Just watch your menu choices.

We only had time to spend 1 night!

A lovely welcome from the general manager on arrival, our little dog was also made very welcome. The setting and hotel are stunning, for anyone driving from North to South or vice versa, it's a fantastic place to stop. The rooms and beds are so comfortable and the food delicious. There's also a very nice pool area outside.

The resort is located within a hunting valley, something to be mindful if you want to go for a walk, specially with a dog.

The spa is absolutely marvellous! The service, impeccable. They accept dogs and are very nice to them too.

Most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in. And that's a long list. Everything was perfect! Lovely staff, attention for details (there was even a pillow menu). Could even practice some golf although I didn't have time to walk 9 or 18 holes.

Swimming pool depth is only 1.45m. The sauna is outdated and needs some renovation, especially the steam room and the Finnish sauna. The quality of the dinner I had in the restaurant was poor, if you compare it what you may expect from a 5star hotel.

Remote location with beautiful views all around; a lot of space at the pool. Comfortable rooms with good beds, clean linen and towels. Bluetooth system allows you to listen to your own music, also in the bathroom!

Great location among the olive orchards. nicely decorated. spacious and comfortable rooms. Very good food in the patio restaurant. We enjoyed the hiking trail at sunrise, before the heat.
