That we couldn't stay a year or two.

The host was exceptional and so friendly.Fifth generation of this property. We loved that it felt like we were staying in her home. The room was fantastic and comfy and warm. We loved that we could stay away from the main cities and relax. We wished we could stay there longer. The breakfast was delicious and very well presented. To be able to hug your host at the end of your stay meant we would love to come back one day and stay again.

Everything was perfect - Bed, Pillows, Bathroom / Shower. Great Hostess. Quiet, rural area. Very good breakfast in terms of variety and quality. Nice walks to the river and in the village. I wished we were staying longer than one night instead of being on a road trip.

maybe there should be more shading parking space for the hot summers ? small compromise for the excellent deal you get at this beautiful B & B !!

The location was a little gem in the countryside surrounded by lush landscape and just 5 mns driving to the wonderful beaches like PLaya de Rodiles and the well known village of Villaviciosa, famous for the local cider. I particurlaly enjoyed the breakfast as it had a choice of hot food and variety of cold and healthy options too ! which we were very grateful for. Last but no least, this place has also a beautiful well maintained big garden and fruit trees where some hens and ducks are roaming free and that is a pleasure to watch; adding also there are plenty places to seat in the garden "al fresco" with a cold drink in summer relaxing and admiring the scenery.

Absolutely nothing- wish I could have stayed longer

It is a heavenly retreat! We were given Fresh squeezed lemonade upon arrival. The grounds are lovely with Kiwi, lime and apples grown on the property. Staff is kind and helpful. Building is beautifully designed. Great location near stunning beach and river.

The only thing we did not like was the fact that we only had one night here, as we are biking across the coast. We would have loved to stay a few days.

This place was simply amazing. An oasis tucked back from the main roads, with beautiful grounds featuring an array of fruit trees and flowering plants. The restoration of the centuries-old house (and "orio") by the current owner, of the original family, was lovingly, respectfully, and impeccably done. The common areas and guest rooms are tastefully decorated, comfortable, and immaculately clean. Every single detail seems carefully considered. Playa de Rodiles is a long (but beautiful!) walk. Breakfast included (among other things) a choice of eggs, meat, fruit, cereal, breads, and more. Katia (sp?) was a gracious and welcoming host. We cannot say enough positive about the experience we had here.

The hotel is in a very quaint and serene little village with a great local restaurant. The hotel itself is immaculate with extensive grounds with many areas for guests to sit. Beds were super comfy, breakfast was a delight and the proprietor very caring.

L'Arbolea de Rodiles is a true gem of a place that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation in the beautiful region of Asturias. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the natural beauty of the surrounding countryside, which is simply breathtaking. The owner is a incredibly welcoming and helpful person, breakfast was fresh and very tasty. Recommended!

this was a gem of a find, run by the most delightful people, who were so kind and put up with my appalling Spanish. we were made so welcome, and were recommended a superb restaurant about 5 minutes walk away. Everything was just amazing, the room was beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. breakfast was delicious. We loved it
