    Amazing location at the heart of the city centre. Fantastic rooftop bar and pool. Particularly enjoyed the wide variety and tasty breakfast. Roof was spacious, very clean and beautiful. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Loved it!

    There was nothing we didn’t like

    This is a lovely hotel and all the main attractions are easily walkable. The hotel is spotless and the people working there are so friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with no towels in our room and they sent up a bottle of bubbles and a note to apologise, which they really didn’t have to do. We appreciated the thought though and were just sad we didn’t get time to drink it. The roof bar was lovely but it was a little chilly when we stayed so we didn’t get to see or use the pool. We’d definitely stay again and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel.

    As in most of these ancient European towns, driving in can be confusing. GPS didn't quite get us there on the first try.

    Wonderful location in old town Seville. 5 minute walk to the Alcazar and cathedral. An easy 15 minutes to Arena Los Toros. The reception personnel were super helpful and friendly. The car was taken away and parked somewhere and between we left.

    The soundproofing of the rooms was poor, luckily I had earplugs with me.

    Excellent location within walking distance to main attractions and loads of good restaurants and nice shops. Suberb breakfast. Friendly staff. Valet service at reasonable cost. Rooftop bar and swimming pool.

    Only one very small point. The pool was very crowded, which meant we couldn't swim in it. There was a wedding party with lots of young guests who spent most of their time stood in the pool or sat on the edge

    We mentioned it was our 40th wedding anniversary but nothing was acknowledged about this. Shame as it was a lovely hotel

    The rooftop area can get very busy on a sunny day. No guarantee of a sunbed more a case of luck with timing especially after a busy day site seeing.

    Lovely hotel with a great central location in the historic part of the city just a short walk from the cathedral and Alcazar. Lots of restaurants and bars are in your doorstep with a flamenco show venue just around the corner. Our room on the first floor was spotless, spacious and very comfy with an added bonus of a furnished outdoor terrace. Breakfast was excellent so much choice and the rooftop pool and bar area was the perfect place to relax. Would definitely return if in the area again.

    Check-in is very late (4pm), it should at least be after 2pm. There was a line to enter the breakfast area.

    Clean, nice room, perfect location. Staff was very friendly.

    There isn’t a thing we would change!

    Everything! Location, staff, cleanliness, decor, comfort and more. We loved the rooftop terrace and outdoor pool. After a day of sightseeing, sitting by the pool or terrace with the calming music, the aroma of the jasmine plants and a cocktail was a perfect way to relax.

    Great rooftop pool, bar and restaurant. Lucia the young lady at the pool was very attentive and was constantly serving drinks, collecting used towels, bringing ash tray, etc. Thank you for the exceptional service.
