We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PortugalI tried to let my luggage after the checkout to pick it later, but because it's a self-service hotel and there is no reception, I didn't find any employee to ask.
Well located hotel in a calm neighbourhood, the room was quite big and having coffee or tea 24h it's just a nice perk for the guests.

LatviaBathroom shower and toilet are not separated , even by the curtain, it’s always wet after shower. There was only 1 soap for hands and hair and shower. Breakfast was minor for the danish hotels. No traditional food, comparing to other hotels around - not so well. Nobody is answering booking texts when you write them.

AustraliaIts name is very similar to another hotel called " B&B Hotels" with a similar concept (digital code self check in) which is just a few minutes' drive away. We were tired after a long journey and went to the wrong place. So do make it a point to check the address when using a navigation system.
It was a decent stay for the price in that area. No frills but clean. Walking distance to eateries and cafes. Street parking is free if you arrive later in the evening and leave early in the morning.
