All aspects of our stay was excellent :)

The room and all the facilities of the hotel were very aesthetically pleasing and very clean. The view from the balcony was simply breathtaking and the hotel's location allowed us to walk to all of the attraction points nearby. The spa was great for relaxing after our walks. All of the staff were very polite and very competent.

This is a very nice hotel situated in picturesque area below Neuschwanstein Castle and it is very clean, well maintained. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly.Lovely big room with very comfy bed, separate large bathroom and toilet, mini bar and tea & coffee making facilities. We had a small balcony with fantastic view of the castle. I highly recommend it for its cleanliness, warm and helpful service, view and location.

We loved everything!!

Beautiful boutique family hotel nestled below the Neuschwanstein castle. Very clean property, friendly staff and nicely appointed rooms with patio. Breakfast was good with several items to choose from each day!

Low level of isolation - could hear people clothing the doors, walking in the corridor. No AC in the room - during the summer it could be quite hot. Plastic flowers as decorations

Excellent location, with a nice view. Neuschwanstein, Hochenschwangau castles are all walking distance. Excellent staff. We arrived just before 10pm before they close the reception starving. The receptionist did not only wait for us to check-in but also prepared a cheese plate, served us and waited until we are finished. Very good breakfast

The location, the staff, the size and beauty of the Challet. We had to change our dates due to flight cancelation and got a great response from the management even though the payment was nonrefundable. The Challet is self catering but the hotel provided free fresh bread service each day which was very appreciated. They also helped us with tickets to the castles. The service was very personal and we felt welcomed. The rooms were nice and the bathroom on the first floor was to die for. The kitchen is has all the appliances you can think of and tons of dishes.

We had a junior suite, it was so spacious and exceptional quality fittings Should really have got staffs names , the two ladies and gentlemen that were on duty during our visit were lovely, friendly and a credit to the hotel, nothing was to much trouble for them

We got the room without the view of the castle which was a shame.

Rooms were very spacious and comfortable. It’s clean and airy with good ventilation. Breakfast was the best I have ever had from a hotel during my travels. Staffs were friendly and helpful too which makes the stay wonderful. Parking is not free but it’s convenient as it’s sheltered.

- our room was facing the main street with no view and some noise -Breakfast was not anything special considering it’s a four star property, things like fresh fruit cuts , fresh juices, or fried eggs, etc. were really missing specially at a such a high price for stay - The spa place is super small with limited space in the small sauna and in the very small steam bath and the whole environment was not inviting at all

In the Junior Suite, I saw the castle from morning till night.There are chairs on the balcony.The view of this hotel was superb.There is no problem with the room or equipment.The minibar was just right.You can book a restaurant for the night by making a request to the front desk.The buffet for breakfast was also delicious.
