I did not know at the end where to put the used towels, maybe an information during check in would have been superb. Everything else was as expected.

The property had the bathrooms which were very regularly cleaned which is the topmost priority for me. The rooms were also very clean and everything required was just walking distance away. Very close to Domplatz, so very calm at night, although due to the bar downstairs, it gets noisy earlier at night so near 10-11:30 pm

would have been nice to have something to make the room darker in the morning since it was already getting light starting at 6 or 7am but a sleeping mask could also easily solve this problem

Occasional tobacco smoke in through the window from the downstairs bar. The staff were the very busy bar and bistro staff, so when I wanted hot water to make myself a cup of tea (no kettle in room), it was clearly a pain for them. It’s a very popular and excellent eating place, very busy for breakfasts and lunches, especially at weekends. The rooms are very reasonably priced, clean and comfy, but no allowances made in the bar/bistro for guests with a room. I will take my own kettle next time!!

Good location, 5 minute to historical centre. Hostel was verry clean, friendly people. Breakfast has planty choise and the kitchen is open until 11 pm.

It does get noisy at night. Which is to be expected if you stay over a pub that can stay open till late.

You need to connect to the free wireless internet using a QR code in the restaurant downstairs. If you're not very good with technology, this could be a bit of a pain.

Essentially a hostel with the option to rent an entire room, albeit with a shared bathroom, I liked the staff and the fact that it's part of a business that also features a great bar and restaurant downstairs. If you don't mind sharing the toilet, you'll love it here.

Not all bunks had personal reading light and shelf (although mine did).

Nice location in old town. Easy to find from tram stop. Facilities are excellent. Showers, toilets and bunkrooms were kept very clean. Great value for price. Nice restaurant/bar on ground floor.

FINGER WEG! The sink of the room with the shower was blocked. The staff is very unpleasant. The room itself was apparently clean, but the TV and the advertised safe in the room were both broken. I have also asked repeatedly for an Invoice for my stay both before and after it. I have written and called afterwards. Even weeks later, they told me only that "the boss is the only one who can do it". But, I am still waiting for it and it is impossible to reach "the boss". I had booked another stay with them (before the first) and I asked for a refund, since I would not like to stay there again. Of course, they did not even bother to answer me. So, it is a very unserious place. Use your money somewhere that shows more respect to their costumers.

The only good thing about this place is the restaurant downstairs. I can recommend it.

They have a pub-bar on the down floor, and on fridays and saturdays they are shouting until 1 or 2 a.m. so it's impossible to sleep. The room has no curtains, only a thin lace-paper-curtain, so at 6 a.m. daylight gets into the room and it's impossible to sleep. For the breakfast, it begins... at 9, incredible late. The prices not include drinks. Breakfast it's expensive for a simple meal. Most of the waitress in the morning are nasty, specially one of the two black-haired women and a younger blonde one.
