We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaOur only criticism would be that the front desk was understaffed (one person) on arrival. We had followed their online check in process and received an ‘e key’ however this did not work which resulted in queuing for quite a while after a long flight from Japan.
The layout of the room was excellent with quality fittings. Great view of the airport. We arrived late and did not fly out until early evening the following day. The hotel was very obliging with late check out offered at an extremely reasonable price.

United States of AmericaTwo notes: the desk staff was a bit weird, she had no idea about anything, like the travel time to the main train station, etc., and exchanged glances right in front of me. It might've been about something they just discussed, because we were never unfriendly to each other, still, it was bad style. The car loft, though very interesting, is quite a bit noisier than the lovely capsule room I had on my first stay. But the hotel was fully booked and I was able to rest after all.
I will try to include a stay at your hotel on both legs of my journeys from here on out. I absolutely loved this safe haven after the horrors of long air travel, being disabled. Those quiet capsule rooms... I looooooooove them. The restaurant staff was exceptional. Something one can't find anymore in our time. They were kind, engaged, alert, and seemed to have pride in their job. All in all... I'm a huge fan and will come back regularly now.

United KingdomThe taxi service used by the hotel ripped me off for a 5 minute ride to the terminal my colleague took the same ride 2 hrs later at half the cost, l informed the hotel manager of it by phone but he was not interested
l did not have breakfast so cannot comment but have no complaints at all with regards to the hotel, the food on the 12th floor restaurant was very good without being too expensive, the staff we came into contact with where very helpful & courteous especially the two young ladies in reception on our arrival, maybe the manager could do with following their example he seemed to be quite happy to continue using a taxi service that rips off his customers.

GermanyConveniently located in an interesting part of Frankfurt, right by the airport. Throughout several stays, staff was exceptionally professional and genuinely nice. Amenities like the hotel bar, sauna and gym are top notch. Rooms are clean, functional and architecturally pleasing, get one with skyline views and enjoy morning coffee from the in-room nespresso machine with a decent view.

We were in Frankfurt for one night on our way home to U.S. and stayed at this hotel because of the good reviews and it did not disappoint! This hotel is super chic and cool. We had the suite with the car loft, which we didn’t have a car, but it was still cool to have the balcony. Also even though the hotel is steps away from the airport, the rooms are soundproof, so you don’t hear any airport traffic at all! I highly recommend the restaurant. The sexy chicken was delicious! We made good use of the train station which is within walking distance and travelled around the city.

SwedenThe coffee machine seems like having a hard time extracting coffee from capsules (seems like capsule quality is pretty poor). Checking in is a bit harsh as you don't know where to drop the car if all parking spaces near the entrance are occupied. The digital check-in works, but the digital key isn't due to the app - it's not available, at least for Android devices. So you have to go to reception anyway. Same for the check out.

I would encourage the staff to know some answers to standard questions like, how long to the Hauptbahnhof etc. The young lady was still very nice, and if I hadn't had the time to research my questions, she would've tried to help me, I would think.

I loved the hotel, particularly the room. I would highly recommend breakfast in the hotel. This is at the top of the hotel, with great views of Frankfurt (which is at a distance from the hotel). The food and service was excellent.

Everything was clean, and it was a fun place to experience given the design of the bed and the tv. Best part for us though was the breakfast buffet on the top floor. It was extra, but it was delicious and absolutely worth it.
