Stairs to room are quite high and there is not much space to ceiling so I had problems but I am quite tall. There was problem with toilet flushing, but I reported it to reception. Wifi was quite poor on my bed but it was OK in rest of the room.

This time I stayed in room A bed 5 in other building. Which is located even closer to city center. It was quite queit given that it was on first floor above street. Room was decorated in medival style, but bathroom was still modern. Price was really good for Brno.

The curtains are broken and there was a lot of noise coming from both the outside and inside of the building. I definetely recommend bringing earplugs and perhaps a sleeping mask.

Beds could be more comfortable, no place to put your stuff on upper bed. Heating was off and it was FREEZING at night (end of April), I had to sleep in my sweatshirt :(

The cleaning lady in the hotel francin was very disrespectful like she always make a loud noise ,she cannot wait and even we are eating she’s spraying like we can check out between 9 to 11 ,since that’s the rules she need to respect some guess she cannot clean yet until evryone still there or make us some respect.I noticed this problem 3x since I always booked to the hotel ,she is very rude .

The room had a weird dirty smell. Showers were unfortunately quite dirty and moldy. Windows didn’t have curtains so it was impossible to sleep until late in the morning. The pillow is super thin so it’s not very comfortable. Location while central was quite noisy until late in the evening even on a Monday night. The walls are thin so you hear everything from the common space. No fire alarm in the room which is a safety concern.

The single room was what I expected based on photos. Very small and quite worn out. Toilets were clean and had toilet paper.

in general, it was a very nice and quiet place, well located in the central, close to everything- city town/ public transportation.

What i didn’t understand are cleaning ladies that sitting 3 hours in front of private rooms and talking as loud as possible. It was day time but still very uncomfortable to listen to that every “morning”

Lack of adequat cleaning tools in the kitchen. Bed creaks, matress and pillow are as hard as rocks, no sheets for the blanket. You are expected to clean the kitchen afted using it but no brushes just a very damaged sponge, pots and pans are damaged probably due to disrespectful guests. But this can be easily fixed by buying kitchen brushes and more adequat sponges pots and pans.

Staff was nice. Location perfect and price adequat.

cold, very cold, and dont have individual curtain. the wall between other guests is so thin, I can feel if someone sleep on the next side is pushing my side. staying location is diff from reception, i wast able to find it at first since the weather was so cold and raining which made it extra hard for me

It looks way better in pictures, in real is way older, also we didn’t have curtains on our beds, they have on the pictures but not in real, they offer you a lock but then when we arrived to the room we realized there weren’t any lockers, so the lock was actually useless, we asked the staff if they had microwave and they answered that they were not sure, in my opinion they should know about that or check at least

- The wifi does not reach the apartment well, as it is on the top floor. It was slow, and only worked in a few spots. - there was yellow and black mould on the walls and ceilings around the apartment. - no shower screen in the bathroom, meaning the water pools on the ground. Also around the bathtub, where it isn’t clean and there’s mould. A few small changes to fix the above, and we would definitely stay again!

Didn't know, that just down 1 floor , night dance klub is...🔈🔊 Until deep night you feel like you sleep in subwoofer... Thankfully they finished around 1 a.m.
