The TV in my room was placed high on the wall, impossible to watch from the bed or the tiny "sitting area" next to the work desk. No mini fridge, no air conditioning what concerning the time of the year was not missing. There is no close stop for the city transport, the only option is walking, about 10 minutes to the main square.

This is a small family hotel in a villa district, within walking distance from the historical city center. Breakfast is served in a light-colored room with a teras enabling outside eating while overlooking a nice garden. The choice of meals is standard, and reasonable, with some items, like fresh salty and sweet pastries, or a variety of fruits missing. My room was small, quiet, and cozy, with a garden view and a sizeable bathroom.

Rooms on the lower level have no air conditioning, making them stuffy in hot weather. Leaving windows open is not an option because of mosquitoes.

Everything was great. The hotel is located in a very quiet neighbourhood, has a guarded parking lot. The room I had was very spacious, the bed large enough, clean bathroom. The breakfast was very good (big choice). Nice personnel.

Unfriendliness of the owner in the kitchen. Tried to help out by clearing our dishes from the table. Shr rolled her eyes at our attempt to help. We asked for a late check out, ( check out is 10 am) and was begrudgingly given 20min! With a phone call in our room to hurry us out! Sad because we had a good time but left with a bad experience. Pity!

Very nice stylish hotel basically in the very centre of Olomouc, yet in a calm side street. Parking available on site, very nice garden with sitting outside. Room itself very nice, nicely decorated, comfortable, everything was clean, well taken care of. A guy working at the reception very friendly, very easy communication in advanced via messages. Breakfast very nice, everyone can chooses whatever they like/want. Totally recommended :)

A small hotel in a quiet residential neighbourhood but still very close to the historical city centre. It was impeccably clean, comfortable, I had a view of the beautiful garden with many seating areas for relaxation in the summer. My room was spacious and quiet, with a small sitting room. Central location in Olomouc. Short ride from the train station and very close to the University. Also about a ten minute walk from the squares and some shopping/restaurants.

No soap in the sink dispenser on arrival. Room was a bit chilly at certain times of the day as the heating appeared to be set on a timer which most likely was not accessible directly in the room (but then again I did not enquire so that’s on me). Breakfast was okay would suggest with ‘healthier options adding lighter fat yoghurts but still a nice spread on the whole.

Only one electric socket at each side of bed, occupied by lamps, not very comfy when you want to lie in bed and charge your phone. But this is how it’s done, nevermind!

Breakfast variety and taste were simply unbelievable. We felt stuffed till late lunch, this is an excellent breakfast option I haven’t seen in a bunch of 4-5* hotels around the world. Staff was helpful, pleasant and patient, gave us tips on were to eat and made us feel at home. Renovation is tasteful and modern, bathroom clean, window view nice, neighborhood quiet.

The property is a little away from the centre of town, although it isn’t far at all. It’s kinda nestled in a residential area although all the sites are within 10 mins walk away. At night, it is a little dark and some may feel concerned walking back although we did not feel unsafe.

We had a room with balcony - it was a huge room, with a mezzanine level, could fit a family of 4. The reception staff was really helpful and organised. There is private parking on site which is a huge plus. Breakfast was great as well.

The breakfast was splendid. Nothing missed in our opinion. The only luxury option added, could be a freshly made cappuccino or espresso by the staff (sorry for sounding spoiled!). There is a coffee, hot chocolate and hot water machine. We could hear the guest(s) next door watch tv in the evening, but it was for a short while and it didn’t bother us much. The man at the reception desk is a perfectly friendly and helpful guy!
