Ventilator dropped water from ceiling onto the floor and some of our belongings. The shower stall was very small and tight... Quite uncomfortable

The location was excellent! It is right on the lake and there is also a trampoline available for children to play on.

The cleaning checklist when checking out is pretty annoying. Fully cleaning the entire bathroom and wet mopping the entire unit floor are listed as mandatory items to avoid a 100 euro cleaning fee.

The bed is too soft. Hotel needs to give clear directions how to get to after getting off light rail. We see hotel across the street didn’t know there’s underground tunnel.

Look closely at the listing! There's no wireless internet, and this also means that the TV wasn't able to show anything. Additionally, in the morning I took a shower and one other member of my family was able to shower before the hot water ran out. We waited more than an hour for the water to heat back up, but it never happened and so the other members of my family were stuck with the choice between showering in Norwegian glacier water or just being stinky for the day. All-in-all, not great.

They are thieves and liars who withdrew 11000 usd money from my account without my authorization. There was a fire alarm in the building because the kitchen exhaust wasn't working. We told them a few times to fix it but they didn't fix it properly. Eventually the alarm went off one morning during breakfast....causing the fire department to come. We couldn't find anything in their manual about how to turn off the alarm. Even the neighbors in the building were sympathetic towards us as they told us similar incident happened in the apartment in the middle of the night. The firemen also agreed that the kitchen exhaust was faulty and they felt bad for us and asked us to get in touch with the apartment. After informing the apartment they only blamed us, taking no accountability on their part. Infact made up false accusations about the situation and also few days later withdrew money from my account without producing an actual invoice directly from the fire department. I let it go after a few emails but suggested that they atleast pay 50% of the bill. But they went silent on us. These people are thieves and liars. We have never come across such bad hospitality even though we have travelled n lived extensively across the globe. My parents are senior citizens and not good health wise but the harassment they had to face because of this company is beyond words and disappointment. Save yourself!
