There is no hook in the bathroom to hang clothes and the bath area is too small. As a result, clean and dry clothes tend to get wet during shower.

Location was superb and the hotel has a very cosy vibe though a little small.

We booked 3 twin rooms for 5 nights. The staff gave us 2 rooms with windows looking into a wall. The very small gym was in a room with the washing machine and dryer. It feels like you are in the sauna at times. The staff were young and flooded with Barista and front counter work and tried to serve a few customers at the same time, it made it quite difficult to approach them at times.

We didn't have breakfast at the hotel because there were so many eating places around the hotel. We liked the fact that there were many restaurants around the hotels and the area even the backstreet was quiet but safe. The people in Hangzhou were very friendly. The train station was just right in front of the hotel.The hotel has a couple of waching and drying machine that I found really helpful.

The lobby reception is small and always look messy with lots of luggages around. Wifi is very slow but I think it is just the case for all hotels we had stayed in China

Very modern and well equipped! The room is a bit smaller than I thought, convenient locations just opposite the mall and the train station is right outside the hotel. Our hotel room had windows to see the street and city view but I think the window was a bit too dirty to enjoy it. Overall great location.

At night, we heard few unpleasant sound inside the room. We found out that is the start of the compressor of the refrigerator. Hotel need to check it out why it sounds so loud?

Good location, next to MRT with many restaurants and opposite the shopping mall “Kerry”. Room is clean and staff is helpful. Walk to West Lake and walking street in 15 minutes.

Room is a bit smaller than expected.

It was small and cosy! Lots of extra to offer, like free brewed coffee every day ( coffee in China is expensive), free laundry… Location is very close to the West Lake and railway station just at the door. Staff are all very friendly, internet speed is good. We enjoyed our stay.

Right outside train station with underground access to big mall across the road - easy access to food and drinks in the underpass, mall, and on surrounding streets. It was also a quick ride away from West lake/ Xi Hu.

The hotel cannot book taxi for us, and it is quite hard to find taxi from the hotel. The room card keys frequently have problem. There is no place to hang cloth inside the shower box, and room light is insufficient for doing make up.

The location is superb. Metro entrance is just in front of the hotel, a shopping mall is opposite the hotel, a well known silk store just 300m away, and food is extremely easy to find. The staffs are very helpful, assisted us in booking Westlake show tickets and showing us direction to various destinations of our interest. The hotel room is of modern design.

The location and the outside of the hotel looked a bit weird. It is in the old part of Hangzhou with a mall right across from it, and it is not near the West Lake.

The decor of the hotel is nice and it is a boutique hotel. The bed was comfortable. Shower was strong and it is separate from the toilet room which made it convenient if there are more than one person to use the room. Free snacks and drinks from fridge but it was very lightly stocked.

The wall’s sound proof was bad, you can hear all noises from next door and corridor. I didn’t sleep well because of this.

The location is right on metro line, and few mins walk to places to eat and see. Nice new refurbished room.
