The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable. They refill drinking water and clean the room everyday even you are not asking for it. They have self-service laundry, just scan and pay using alipay app and you can use it anytime. The location of the youth hostel is good. 5 minutes walk to the nearest subway station, it's also near to the main attractions in Hangzhou centre. There are convenient stores and plenty of restaurants along walking distances. Love this hotel very much!

The location is not super great, but good enough to get to the most important sights.

The room was nice and the bed was huge. There was live music, which was great. The lobby/common area is good to meet other people.

There is nothing I didn't like about the hostel.

The hostel is very clean and I had a pleasant stay. You can choose your breakfast every day. Above all, great value for money for what you get.

Location is close to Subway, walk only 5 mins, Staff is very friendly and helpful , speak well in English. Room is very clean and cozy, full of facilities more than I expected. I will stay here again if I visit Hangzhou.

The only downside was that the room was faced towards the main road and the noise that was noticeable.

The single room was very clean. It had a good size and was very comfortable. For a hostel it was superb! It was great that the Hostel was not too far distant from the West Lake. The staff was also very friendly and kind. I would totally recommend this place!

I wish there is a wardrobe in the room and more hangers.Although they do have the wall to hang.

Like the variety of facilities like leisure space which looks like a library, bar, laundry services in the hotel.The staffs were friendly and helpful as one of them helped us to pay for the washing machine when we had trouble using the app.Overall it was a cozy stay, although the room is not that big but its modern, simple and neat.The location is strategic and walking distance to train station.

The one big negative was the doors leading to the bedrooms, if you're renting the rooms with others, it's likely you'll have someone going in and out slamming the door. I recommend they look into reducing the likelihood of doors slamming. There's gotta be something you can install to stop it. It's impossible to sleep for anyone in there when someone just walks in and out slamming the door. Not everyone there is considerate enough to slowly shut the door.

Staff is friendly and speaks English, facilities are nice and clean, showers were great. Includes breakfast is a nice bonus. The main floor provides a chill place to eat, play pool, and watch movies. There's beer on site. Loved it!

Only downsides is that I would have liked some more showers, and the Wechat community and laundry service are not very foreigner-friendly. But the staff is always helpful to sort out any issues, so don’t let that scare you away.

The best hostel! You get multiple breakfast options, a big towel and slippers, and all kinds of freebies. There is live music several nights a week. The rooms and bathrooms are modern and clean. I even got a free room upgrade.

No wardrobe space to hang your clothes, on a long trip it was needed

Everyone was super nice and the added bonus was the two bottles of water daily, didn't expect it. Didn't need to interact much since everything was clear, which was perfect to me.

I loved everything about this hostel. It was the cleanest, most modern, most well-equiped hostel I have ever stayed in. I wish they had branches in every city in China. The staff was extremely kind and spoke very good English.

it would be better if there is water dispenser on 4th floor. there are 20 capsules in one big room with one door, a bit noisy at night with the door open and close.

Sometimes I need to speak slowly for them to understand what I'm saying. Maybe I should learn some simple Chinese.

This was the second day of my stay, very lucky, they even invited a singer to sing ballads in the lobby, I will return to Hangzhou again next year, this beautiful city!

What a wonderful city，with the West Lake and so many delicious food 。 The hotel is in the center of Hangzhou and close to West Lake, highly recommended!
