The breakfast was a little underwhelming. Given the reputation of the hotel we'd expected a wider spread. That said this is consistent with all the other hotels we stayed at this trip, so perhaps it's a cultural difference.

The property is at a brilliant location and the hosting team was warm and welcoming. We got an upgraded room which was huge and had a lovely view.

Having stayed at other Schweizerhof hotels I thought the spa and fitness facilities needs some significant modernization.

Great location near Alt Stadt and walking distance from the train station. The property gives you a historic feel yet with all the modern amenities in the room. We arrived in our room with champagne and chocolates with a nice arrival welcome letter. The property lived up to its five star ratings

Personally don't like tables in restaurants to be so close you're part of the next tables conversation, almost. Unnecessary, when there's plenty of space.

In our opinion: firstly, the balcony door seems unable to stay at any angel, other than fully closed or open, which is inconvenient, especially in winter. Secondly, the breakfast is not included in the room rate, and is a bit pricey.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, and walking distance to the Luzern railway station, making our stay all the more enjoyable. The hotel itself is efficient and has provided us with exceptional convenience. The rooms are clean and cozy, and both the reception and restaurant staff are friendly and accommodating, significantly enhancing our overall experience. Specifically, the balcony with the view of Luzern lake is stunning and memorable.

This hotel is beautiful! A lovely property that has been well looked after and the staff are very attentive. We visited at Christmas time and the lobby had the most amazing Christmas tree and festive decorations. Our rooms had views of Lake Lucerne and the alps which was lovely to wake up to every morning. The breakfast is served in what looks like a ball room! Lots of breakfast options and really nice extra's like chocolates and cakes in our room. Definitely recommend.

This is an amazing place to stay in Luzern. Outstanding service from everyone we interacted, the people responsible for cleaning the room, the people in the reception, the room service, everyone responded in a friendly and efficient way, even when we needed special help. Big rooms and comfortable beds. We wished all five start hotels were like yours. Congratulations!
