The shower has an annoying timer. You need to keep depressing a button to keep water running... not good when you can't open your eyes because of shampoo in your hair. Beds (2singles pushed together) just fit, but if the person next to the wall wants to get out in the night, they have to climb out the end of the bed. We didn't see any staff ( self check-in and -out) not that we needed them

The room was tucked away from the busyness of Zermatt, with views of the Matterhorn (except it was under cloud when we were there). Storage is excellent.

We were given the room on the top floor which has transparent roof with natural lighting coming through. It was so beautiful especially when it was snowing.

Location. It was located at the other far end of Zermatt city center where there were a lot of construction. It was quite a distance. Room is small and we only has 2 med sized luggages. Difficult to climb up the bunk bed. Basement pantry is very quiet with very basic amenities.

Room was tight and a bit far from the center. But it is still value for money given how expensive everything is in Switzerland.

Unfortunately the location of the hotel is not the best because of several reasons: it literally lies on the very edge of Zermatt (prepare for long walks), just across the street there are train tracks and a helicopter landing site, both produce noticeable noise during the day. There are also some construction sites nearby which ruin the perception of eco-fiendly town deep within the Swiss mountains as the air smells with construction materials. The room was located on the top floor with no elevator access (be prepared to cary your luggage through the stairs), it also didn't even have a cattle to prepare a hot cup of tea when your back from the snowy mountains.

The room and the bathroom were clean and comfortable, the balcony did really have a view on the Matterhorn, which was a highlight, we also liked the panoramic windows on the roof.

Really disliked the shower. Having to keep pressing that button for water was kinda annoying. Also wished the water pressure would've been higher but that was no big deal. One more thing is I wish we would've been able to use Netflix on the TV or at least stream it from our phone.

It was perfectly near the train station and other places we needed to get to. The room was also nice and simple. The mattress wasn't THE most comfortable but the bed was pretty big which was nice.

They do not offer any breakfast. Although it is understandable given the price and their concept. Also the location is not the best, however the bus station is 200mt far. Finally, the rooms are nice and modern but quite small.

Easy to use, uncomplicated, to be in Zermatt is great value for money. Plus they have a ski room to leave your ski, the building and the facilities are completely new.

we're on the top floor so we can see the mountain view . Its cloudy so we can't see the tip/top of Matterhorn but nonetheless we still have a glimpse of how beautiful the mountain is. Easy check in in the kiosk, the staff was wonderful. walking distance to everything

We found the rooms to be very dry and we had a difficult time adjusting the heat using the instructions provided. In our room we didn’t have much space to open our luggage while two people were in the room together. We don’t mind walking and being active, but the walk between the property and other areas was not well lit at night, had limited sidewalks and had vehicles whizzing by.

It was available, it was generally clean, the staff were friendly and helpful. The view of the stream from our rooms was nice. The coffee machine in the lobby produced surprisingly good coffee and other beverages.
