Our particular room was small but the hotel had an adorable terrace and pool! Wish the weather was nice enough for us to enjoy.

The rooms were a little small as the hotel itself is on the smaller side with just 4 rooms on each floor, but they were still very comfortable for a few nights and the location could not be better!

The location of the hotel was fantastic and very close to many of the main sights in the city. Each staff that we engaged with were SUPER helpful, kind, and friendly. The beds were comfortable and the blackout shades were very helpful while the sunset is later at night.

All was perfect, except for one thing - hot water in the shower. In the evening time, around 10 pm when hot water was coming and my wife gets into the shower, in just a minute (enough time for souping her body) the water turns freezing cold and run continuously, however you feavorishly turn all the handles. We talk to manager and he said to let water run few minutes, to get warm, which indeed to some level occurred. The reason for it is not so much because many people take out othe hot water at 10, but in my view lack of hot water circulation in the system, a standard feature in the hotels.

Would like to have a microwave and an electric kettle in the room. Although the hotel staff did provide us a kettle and cutlery upon request so it wasn't an issue. They are super responsive.

This property is in the city centre, 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, 2 minutes from the nearest bus stop and just a few metres walking to all the shops and restaurants around the city centre. You get a luzern travel card upon check-in which lets you use all the public transport in the town for free. This is very convenient to get around. The hotel lobby has an awesome vibe with a sound machine and a refrigerator to get your favourite drinks and hang out. They have a nice pool, even though we couldn't use it because of the cold and damp weather. The hotel staff is courteous and super responsive. The room provided was great for a family of 4. Most importantly unlike other hotels we stayed in during our trip, they clean the rooms every day which is a big advantage when you are travelling with kids. Would not hesitate to book again if we happen to travel to Luzern!

Good location. Accessible for all mode of transport. Verry close to the famous chappel bridge and we enjoyed the lucerne boat trip. Lot of options for food and any purchase. Small shops around for purchase including street shops

Not a problem, but having a coffee maker with coffee for the mornings for guests that first arrive would be a nice touch . It is often difficult at first to locate a place to enjoy coffee and a light breakfast. All in all a great place .

I just loved the friendly staff , very helpful and caring. Excellent location, close to everything. I would highly recommend this location.

There was nothing to complain about, and we would certainly choose to stay there again.

The hotel is conveniently located in the old town area of Luzern, quite near to the shorter of the 2 covered bridges spanning the river Reuss (downstream of the Kapellbrucke). You need to look carefully for the sign. It is run by a very cheery and helpful chap who was happy to store our suitcases in a secure office while we visited Mt Rigi on the morning we checked out. The room was very clean and comfortable, and completely quiet. We appreciated that we could access our room via an elevator. A self-serve coffee machine is located in the foyer.

The location was close to a number of tourist attractions which was lovely in the day and at night. The room was perfect for 8 of us, spacious and bathroom was clean. We drove a 1.9m car and was initially worried about parking, but there was a car park less than 5mins away, which was really a plus for us. The lady at the reception was really helpful too.
