I didn't like the fact I couldn't stay longer. It was a quick getaway trip for mine and my husband's anniversary. I'll make it a longer stay on my next trip.

I loved the location of the hotel and the easy access to trains just a two minute walk away. The staff helped us get travel passes for local transport. From this hotel we travelled on the train to connect to trains going to Zurich. From there were travelled as far as Lake Thun. The staff were superb particularly the ones on the front desk. The restaurant staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast was good and dinner was amazing!

Only a couple of thing: The pillows, it looks big but when use it, it shrinks. You have to pay a security deposit on check in. Your money won’t be returned until 5-7 working days.

I would suggest the restaurant to have a couple more dishes options, and I think that the breakfast time could be a little longer specially on weekends.

Cleanliness,the rooms were very spacious as for European standards! The rooms have an automatic courtain system that allows you to have a complete blackout so you can sleep like a baby. Beds were also very comfortable. One thing that needs to be improved is the toiletries … There was no body cream I.e. or shower caps, not vanity sets, which sometimes for women are a must!

They don’t have a transfer every 30 minutes from airport as other hotels nearby have. In Mercure you need to schedule a time to the transfer pick up you. Also They are not so close to the airport as I imagined . It’s 8 minutes by taxi. If you stay in the Centre of Genève it’s 15 -20 minutes . I didn’t see to much advantage in staying in the Airport area as I was expecting. We traveled by car and parking was not exclusive for hotel , the hotel is located in a complex with other business sharing the parking, it was complicated to find the spaces and to pay in the exit. There were no staff to help in the garage and the hotel had only to employees at the time , not so helpful .

In the weekend, the breakfast menu only consists of "light" breakfast such as bread, cereals, scrambled egg, and sausage. This is ok, but it will be great if it's a full menu. Also, it will be great if the hotel provide guests with comb as one of the amenities.

The room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was helpful. The location is very close from a train station that will take you to Geneva Cornavin in two stops. The hotel also provided guests with free airport shuttle and free tickets for public transportation during guests' stay.

The gym opens at about 9 am... which isn't convenient for early risers like me. They also asked for a security deposit of about 50 swiss Franc per night even though I fully paid for my room before arrival. I thought that was an inconvenience to only be told about it upon check-in.

The facilities were very clean. I love their commitment to the environment in not having the rooms cleaned daily, it is such a waste of resources to be honest. Having the room cleaned every 3 or so days is good enough, whatever extras you need you can just always ask. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

No mini-fridge or safe in the room. Note that hotel is in a business park, and the hotel restaurant is the only food option. We ate downtown, so this was not a problem.

Airport location with free, new, clean airport shuttle. Large room with hardwood floors, seating area, lots of room for luggage, large windows with mountain views. Very nice, new business hotel. Free local transportation card. A regional train station is located a few steps behind the hotel and historic Geneva is 8 minutes away. Helpful front desk staff.

The room space is the largest one that I lived in the Switzerland and with such a lovely price. And the bathroom is clean and modern. My friend left her cream in the room, but the staffs is so kind that help us to find and keep it. Thank you very much. Me and my friends really spent a good night here.
