They only had one cup in the room and we kept having to ask for another one. Very strange for a double room.

actually, everything was good

The room was large and had everything that a business traveler may need, the cleanliness was very well maintained. I especially loved the view, as I could see the city and the planes descending to and ascending from the city airport. The wifi quality was great and I was able to video call for work without any interruption. The breakfast was good, I only wish that a selection of veggies was a bit larger. The location is great, this is a very nice and safe neighborhood of Sao Paulo. Beco do Batman with murals, bars and cafes is at walking distance, the area is full of good food and shopping.

1x 300ml can of water supplied, in a city where drinking the water is not advisable - RIDICULOUS. supply minimum 2l of water each day at least please.

Whenever I visit Sao Paulo, I always stay this hotel. Good location, nice restaurant near there, feiras on thursday and saturday, and until comfortable bed. I recommand to the others.

I did not like the fact that some of the personnel working in the bar did not speak English or sort of struggled with it. Also, the internet was kind of unstable for a few hours and that complicated things a little bit.

I loved the location. It made moving around the city very very simple. Also, the quality of the room was outstanding. Finally, the quality of the breakfast was quite good too as well as the food and drinks offered at the Bar.

The price direct from the hotel was A THIRD less than the price I paid via booking.com. Maybe worth checking direct first. Also the lady at reception (I won’t mention her name but she had light coloured hair) clearly just didn’t want to be there. She was rude both times we met her. I just expect a little bit of politeness from reception staff at a hotel like this.

It’s a very nice hotel. Very comfortable. Really good (albeit expensive for lunchtime) food. Great breakfast. Generally lovely staff

Breakfast was good fresh fruit but I also would prefer eggs cooked to order. Gym area is ok. The gym has a window and water cooler. I would consider it basic and adequate.

There are several restaurants/bars in the same building. New looking buildings and very current. Breakfast is ok, not like a normal Garden in that. No eggs to order.

The breakfast was normal. They had more or less the same menu for breakfast everyday. The location is perfect. Away from the usual well know spots but at the same time equally busy and popular. Good dining options around the property.

Maybe I missed it, but there wasn’t a hairdryer in my room. My key card frequently stopped working after being in my purse for a few hours. It was inconvenient to return to the desk to fix it, but the staff were very nice.

The location in Pinheiros was super convenient to great bars and restaurants. It was also very close to a metro station! The room was modern and clean. The bathroom was particularly nice! The gym was very well-equipped and clean. Breakfast had a lot of variety. The staff were very helpful. They were patient with my Portuguese and able to help in English, too. The welcome drink was a fun addition!
