- the mattress are just awful, with a hole in the middle probably because they are old. Need to be changed ASAP - the third bed in the room (extendable sofa) kind of old, uncomfortable and making noises. - a broken chair on the balcony - the room needs a little repairs as there were some bumps on wall corners - some soft covers/mattresses for the pool beds would be nice

The position is one of the best in Arbanassi, with just a few properties having view towards Veliko Tarnovo from above, and this was the main criteria we choose this location. We had maybe the room with the best view and biggest balcony. The breakfast was good enough, the pool very nice and clean, and large parking. The place is very quiet as the whole Arbanassi village.

The pool & spa center may get a bit crowded in the afternoon and you need to leave your things on the sunbeds in order to find them available after lunch.

The spa was fully functional and everything was clean. The hotel is situated on the hills with nice view from the rooms. Great breakfast!

The breakfast could be more various. The bedsheets and towels are old and too much used. They should be replaced.

The reception personnel was very helpful and friendly. The food was very good, tasty, and the waiters very kind. Kids enjoyed the pools mostly, as one of them had warm water. Overall, a great experience for families.

We do not like the beds matress because it's old and used; we didn't rest much. Sanitarary installations ( in the room and at the spa) are old and broken; showers and showers heads are old and broken.

The location is beautiful, with great view. The hotel is clean and quiet. The room is big. The stuff is good. Breakfast good, quite diversified. Spa and relax zone - ok.

The SPA center has only a few facilities, there is no jacuzzi inside, only outside and it was not working. They turned the saunas and the steambath on and off with a timer so often when we wanted to use it it was not working and we needed to call the reception, wait for someone to come and turn it on and wait it to reach the desired temperature. This was very unpleasant. The relax zone was never heated, it was very cold there and we could not use it at all. The walls of rooms are very thin and you could hear everything the people from the other rooms are doing in their rooms and bathrooms. The heating unit was outdated and not convenient to use.

The view from the room and from the restaurant terrace is fabulous. The room was OK, although outdated and in need of repainting, etc. It was clean though. The mattress was comfortable, although it slipped from the bed from time to time, as there were 2 separate mattresses and they were not attached to the bed, so a whole between them formed (that is in a double room). The food at the restaurant was very good, the service also. The breakfast was OK. The staff were nice.

The aspiration in the bathroom was very dusty, so it wasn't working as it should. The nuts in the mini bar were with an expired date. Bear in mind that the beds are two singles combined together.

The location and the view from the balcony is really nice. The hotel is nice, clean with a nice spa and restaurant. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable.

In our studio wasn’t very clean. Also the Sauna and Steam Bath in the SPA center doesn’t working.

The hotel is located relatively far away of the centre and it is kind of frightening to reach it by foot during nighttime especially alone.

Hotel has an outdoor and indoor pool, good sauna and steam room. Breakfast was okay.
