There really wasn’t anything that we didn’t like 🙌 ofc we were there at the beginning of May, when it was still cooler weather and so we couldn’t be in the outdoor pool as much as wished because the outdoor pools aren’t heated. However this didn’t stop us from braving it and jumping in a few times 😄 because it was still off- season, we had the indoor pool basically to ourselves , which is heated, so that was amazing!!

Everything was more than we had hoped or expected! The hotel upgraded us to an apartment which was super 👍The hotel is so new and modern, everything was clean and top notch. The food was amazing ! We were lucky to be there for opening night of the Fusion restaurant, and we were blown away by the food, so tasty! ⭐️ As a family travelling ofc we were wondering how our kids will enjoy the trip: they loved it and that’s all due to the Animation World aka The Purple People 💜 We couldn’t have asked for better people to entrust our kids with. The AW team were so kind and encouraging, the kids felt so happy when around them! Thanks so much for an amazing time, we can’t wait till we can come back 🙌

This was our 5th time at Aqua Paradise Resort so judging only by that you can tell what our opinion is. We highly recommend you to book your vacation here. We usually stay in double superior rooms but this time we chose a two bedroom, 2 baths room which was amazing.

It would have been nice to have some free arcade games, pool tables they are all additional charge which I think could be done via a deposit rather than charging.

this place is fabulous, for a family its amazing place to come and enjoy the waterpark. The food is great, lots of choice and interesting meals. I think the hotel is very well laid out and easy to navigate. I really liked the pools, and the snacks were great.

The staff ( not all) are very miserable looking, not rude , and there always seems to be groups of youngsters chatting and not doing a lot which is fine but don’t let the customers see you doing that. the young lad on the pizza and hot dog stand by the pool is very rude, he grunts at you when you speak and sometimes does not even acknowledge you or give you eye contact, some of the young ones really let the hotel down. The smiley girl and boy on my weekend there (sept 22-25) who greeted you at the door with drinks was lovely, always jolly and smiling and welcoming , kitchen staff really nice especially the black guy cooking, always smiled and said hello. One thing that was really annoying was the lack of plugs and usb in the lounge areas to charge phones , really needed that especially when we had to leave rooms at 11am

It was clean , big ,stylish, great resort , always food and drink available.

There were a few things that we didn't like. The air conditioning had mold inside the unit and when turned on, the air smelled pretty bad. It made my sister cough really bad the day after she had it on overnight in her room. It was moldy in our room too, but I didn't need to turn ours on. Reception called the technicians to clean it, but they didn't do a very good job and because it took over two days for them to come, my sister decided to keep the balcony door open instead. The units need to be taken apart to be cleaned properly. In my sister's room, the silicone around the shower was pretty moldy. It needs to be removed to keep up with the high standards of the hotel. Aside from this, it would have been nice to have cups in the bathrooms for toothbrushes/etc. , and a shelf in the shower so we could put our own toiletries up somewhere. Maybe because it was already September when we went, the pools were very cold. We would have had a lot more fun, had the water been a bit warmer.

We loved everything about the hotel. The food was really tasty. We loved the fresh fruit and the desserts were nice as well! Having access to the Aqua Park was why we chose this hotel and it didn't disappoint! The staff was friendly and respectful. Our son loved the Mini Disco! The entertainment team was simply awesome. We all had fun with them throughout the day. We loved the interconnecting rooms and how all the information about the hotel could be found on the TV. My sister was very impressed with this.

Small verity of sweets after meals. It is quite hard to find the entrance to the hotel (we had a rental car). The google map and waze took us to a different entrance which was close to the main one but not the right one.

The hotel is huge and has lots of facilities, pools are huge, has a game zone with video games and more - much fun. Very nice staff. Large verity of food at all meals. Free entry to the water park. we traveled after the summer so the water park was open only for the hotel's guests, which was super fun! 0 queue.

The aircon was too loud and too low situated and strikes you in the face if you sleep in the extra bed. The beach is far from the hotel, but this was already known.

We stayed here before and I must say that rooms are still clean, big and the food at the restaurant is even better. We loved the free parking, free WIFI, free entrance to the aquapark. At the restaurant everybody works their best, delicious food and many choices. We enjoyed the game rooms, bowling was amazing, but the other games too. If you come with children, they cannot be bored at this place.

I personally struggled a bit with the food in the hotel. As Bulgarian myself, I would rather have more Bulgarian dishes but that's just me. The rest of the family were fine with the food. At the end everyone found something that they like.

My family and I liked the fact that there were so many pools in the hotel as well as being next to the water park. We liked our room which was spacious for four people (two adults and two children). We enjoyed the area with the games, bowling, table tennis, etc.

They offered us a huge room with living area, two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family of 4 which was super comfortable. The proximity and free entrance to the aquapark are an amazing add-on to the comfortable stay at the hotel. The food at the restaurant is always different and tasty. There is food and drinks available from the hotel at the aquapark as well. The staff was super helpful. Spa area is great and there is a gym as well.

The indoor pool had a very short schedule (8-10 a.m. and 17-19 p.m). Outside pools are quite cold. You cannot get a decent coffee (I would have payed extra for that). The wi-fi internet connection is a joke, seriously.

I liked the aqua park & the food variety, the indoor pool & the saunas and some of the evening shows.

it was too expensive for what it offered. for example the coffee was of poor quality, it did not correspond to the category of such a hotel. In general, it seemed to me that the entire concept of the resort was: with cheap materials, it tried to create the feeling of luxury

the staff were the value of the HOTEL, they were kind and willing and added positive vibes to our experience during our stay

The pool was closing too early (18:00 is still sunny) and the food wasn’t at the level we expected. Some food was over cooked (spaghetti) and some was strangely only boiled meat or veggies. Yes, there was variety, but it looked strange and the taste was very flat. Most times only good tasting options were fried food and that is not good enough for such a great stay otherwise.

Great room for our family of 4. Enjoyed the two full bathrooms. The hotel is very modern and with green energy in mind. The Aquapark was a great fun for everyone and staying in the Resort made it even better as you feel “at home”.

We had breakfast at the Baltic restaurant the first morning, beacuse it was in our building and it was closer. It wasn't busy at all. The next morning we wanted to have breakfast there again, but the host said we need reservation (the same one from previous day that let us in) and the place was almost empty. We didn't want to argue, so we left but we didn't feel good.

There is free access to the aquapark, one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. The stuff was very polite. It was very clean.

There are no additional free water in the room, so you have to take your bottle with you to refill the bottle in the dining room , or buy a bottle of water from bars

Lack of adult only activities like a late night club where adults could mingle late into the night. I also feel a cinema of some sort could be great on site, where people could go in & watch a big screen movie.

The cleanliness, staff & on site facilities. I found the place to be modern and well kept. The food was also decent and covered a different menu everyday.

Very little not to like here, I'm only nit picking because it's a really amazing building alone. If I had to say, it is in literally the middle of no where about 3 miles out of sunny Beach so it will cost you about 30 lev or 15 euro ish in and same back so its 30 odd euro to see anything outside of hotel, it'll cost you...especially if you have teens it's costly, though taxis are outside front door which is fantastic. Water park was mainly closed for us because of early season and weather, when we did get to use it, it was Savage..brilliant. drink choices are very limited and not of great quality, something to definitely look at, Spanish hotels are definitely better in this respect. But all in all its a great spot if you intend not too leave to much. We'll done to all, we loved it.

Amazing hotel. Just for the aesthetic of the building itself, loads of seating areas, lovely outdoor pools. Staff very pleasant and diligent. Food very good quality for all inclusive, fantastic salads deserts etc. Rooms with balcony, fantastic shower. By far the finest hotel we have ever stayed in.

You had the feeling that in full season it would be too crowded. But in full season you also have the aqua park, so I don't think you can be bored here.

Breakfast and all the meals were excellent. In fact this hotel is not recommended if you try to lose weight. Try the separate restaurants (also included) instead of the buffet - the food was too good, too diverse, you had to try a bit of everythjng. Also the complimentary services were highly appreciated. Swimming pool, billiards, bowling, table tennis, tennis, we had it all.

The drinks at the buffet-style restaurant are of low quality; we couldn't find a basketball at the reception (luckily, there was a Decathlon store 30 km away); we felt that there was better quality of cooked dishes when the resort was more crowded compared to the days when there were fewer tourists.

We played for free, 8 ball pool, snooker, table tennis, bowling, video games; thanks to the booking made on Booking.com, we had a dinner at the fusion restaurant; we send many thanks and a big hug to the animation team for the karaoke and dance evenings, as well as the games and activities throughout the day; we appreciate the excellent job done by the cleaning ladies; we thank the ladies at the reception for taking care of all our requests; the beer and cocktails at the bars are very good; the parking lot was equipped with photovoltaic panels, and the cars were in the shade; we used the basketball court, fitness center, saunas, and indoor pool daily.

Restaurant and food are good, but Wave Resort beats the Aqua Paradise Resort only in this respect. Definitely not a dealbreaker though. Only thing below par are the cocktails, which are sirup based and not recommended. Quality of the wines could also be improved.

The personnel was amazing. Hotel personnel and especially the animation team for the kids (Bogy, Heyson, Tony). Amenities are great, among others great sauna area and spa, tennis, football pitch, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, game room, bowling, pool etc. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Last year we visited the Wave resort (in close proximity) but we prefer the Aqua Paradise resort, even though the aquapark was not even open at the time of our visit.
