The receptionist wasn't very informative at the check in, he didnt tell us any information about wifi, breakfast, check out time, gym, parking rules, etc. I do understand that the info is available online, but it didn't feel like it was welcoming. We did an online check-in, so he didn't speak to us at all, basically.

The location was great. The entrance was very private, a little oasis in the chaos of a big town. It's literally opposite of a metro/train station. The room was spacious and clean. Delicious simple breakfast.

I always stay at this hotel in Brussels. I know what I am getting, the staff are always friendly and polite, rooms are comfortable and have everything I need. Even though the hotel is across the road from the main train station, it is quiet and obviously super convenient if you have an early train in the morning. It is about 20 mins to walk to the main centre of Brussels which is fine

The restaurant was closed for the evening but no reason was given. Pillows in the bedroom were inadequate.

the price for breakfast is a bit pricey the hallway feels like office corridors than hotel

The pillows are too soft. The areas near Zuid do make me feel comfortable as the streets are pretty old with some weird wanderers. So not recommend to walk, just walk directly to Zuid station to use public transport.

Room size is very good. Location is excellent, just 1 or 2 minutes walk to the opposite Brussels zuid train or metro station. Staff are nice. I took trains to Brugge and Luxembourg from Zuid, metro to Automium. Lastly I took Eurostar from Zuid to Amsterdam. Very convenient. There are bus and tram stops outside station but I didn't use them as metro + train are good enough.

Given 1st floor room facing the road thus noisy and passerby talking can be heard.The reception guy a bit rude when request for change of room.

No shelter (in between the building) and also cross over the train station. Got wet when it was raining on the check out day.

Proximity of location. Convenient to train station. Comfortable room, size of room. Good sleep without noise. Wonderful, polite and friendly staff.
