We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumMaybe later dinner hour availability? But most places in Belgium close around 20-22h. They were nice enough to recommend some nearby places for us to have dinner though!
I loved the warm energy of Bert and his colleagues at this camping village! The accommodation he gave us was on a quiet spot (as I requested) right on the little lake, with a beautiful and romantic view. I was impressed by the New years day brunch, how fresh and delicious the food was especially. Hiking in the area was easy to get to and the little camping accommodation was nice and cozy to relax in afterwards. Well heated and warm water, with a comfy bed. Would definitely come back here for another stay!

LuxembourgThe only thing we didn’t enjoy was the food. Although I read good reviews here, we found the food overpriced and not of great quality. We paid for a beef tagliatta and a burger the same amount we would pay in the city center of Luxembourg in a good restaurant. Also, the breakfast was a bit poor for 15 eur/ person, some pain au chocolat, croissant, bread, butter, confiture, yogurt, two slices of cheese,two slices of ham, a few slices of fruits. No options of eggs or any drinks included. Luckily we had a coffee machine and capsules in the room and we made some coffee. We were expecting more local and good quality food in such a beautiful natural setting.
The landscape, the nature, the silence, the cleanliness are all very positive points. Everything was very clean and in good order and the communication with owners very good. The setting is almost idyllic and perfect for a long weekend getaway. The pippo wagons are very nice and decorated with taste.

United KingdomThe Wi-Fi in the cabins was very poor & didn’t really connect at all. This made the TV obsolete. However, I didn’t go to watch telly & connection to to internet was strong at the Bistro a few yards away if needed. Wording could be better regarding facilities. There is no minimart on site (separate building with essentials), I only bought water over the bar. The mini bar is a fridge. House keeping & laundry services are an add on & no towels are provided but you can get a small pack at the bar for a fee. Go to the local supermarket first… easy!
Quiet, relaxing, picturesque. The lake & wildlife a beautiful bonus.

BelgiumIt is not clear what you can do and what you can't.On the website you will see (barbeque) and when I call on the phone the propriety they told me (NO FIRE).I booked exactly for the barbeque because at 170€ you can book a four stars hotel in belgium.Anyway even if I bought everything before for the barbeque (coal,meat ,etc) I needed to let it home because (no fire).When I arrived on thr site, I saw that they have their own barbeque that you can use for free and if fact you can do fire.Not gonna lie for the price I payed, I can't say that my stay worth it.
The cabin was verry clean near a little nice lake with a lot of funny ducks.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is very good, the food is delicious, and the owner is very enthusiastic and chatty.
