As always I wanted to post out some tourist cards home, when I asked the reception they didn’t accept them, thankfully they tried to find the next postbox for me where they discovered they could send them out themselves. Day was saved.

I arrived super early so they stored my luggage until I returned from exploring town. The hotel location is beyond amazing, many options by public transport and cheap taxi ride from most hot spots. I had an epic view over the botanic garden. The entire hotel has cute quirky interior style, worth it alone to take a stroll around the ground floor.

Nothing but it is in the centrum and there is noise from the traffic especially tram. If you are not used to it can be enjoying.

I was staying at the second floor, so I would rather use the staircase. However, finding it is not that easy, neither from the ground floor nor from the second floor. I think I found them from the second floor, but they looked so uninviting that I decided to use the elevator. The elevator works on the room card. It happened that my card stopped working and then you are actually stuck in the elevator, because it also won't open the door without functional card. So I actually had to wait inside the elevator until someone took the elevator, and I could get out.

Having been at Bloom already many times, I am quite pleased with the hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean, and with nice interior. The staff is always very helpful. The gym is great. The breakfast is a true delight. Free wifi works spotless. The hotel is a short walk from North train station, and roughly half on hour walk to historical city centre.

We had to check out at ~6AM, so we asked at the reception whether there is a possibility to have the breakfast either early or to-go. We were told not to worry because starting from 5AM at the reception we will find a small buffet containing water, coffee, orange juice and some pastries. When we got to the reception, the buffet was a small coffee machine with capsules and 3 croissants. Maybe the expectations were too high, but I was disappointed.

The hotel is well-located, close to public transport and there's a 30 minute walk to the main square. The reception staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a lot of good options to choose from. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

They didn't tell us clear instruction on how to get the reward drink for not having room cleaning service when staying more than 1 night. Make sure you ask them.

I think they overdid it with some of the design. It's meant to be refreshed and modern, but a bit too much. The entrance to the room looks like a Jackson Pollock painting. Thankfully there's a curtain to separate that form the rest of the room. While location was ok, it's just outside the city center and not much going on nearby.

The bed was super comfortable and the room very spacious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. The overall hotel facilities were also quite nice. Easy to get to from Brussels airport and not too far from the city centre.

Our second time. Still the best vibe in Brussels, from the underground parking, through the bar/ restaurant, up to the suites. Modern and colourful. Excellent red light bathroom theme. Very good food in a restaurant. Top breakfast - choice and space. Unparalleled number of add-ons for tea or musli. Hand-made waffles (your hand). Very friendly staff, especially Lidia. Botanical gardens just around the corner. A short walk to the Comics Museum. Not far to the centre.

Spacious rooms, comfy beds, Nespresso machine. A nice 15 min walk to Grand Place. Breakfast is amazing, with warm and cold choices, along with great coffee and waffles. And the rooms even have an iron and an ironing board which is amazing.

The breakfast buffet is truly excellent. The room is is great and the decoration playful and interesting. The welcome gift of white chocolate fries with red berry coulis lovely.

A bit of tram noise but I was able to sleep very well.

We were welcomed by Ruben with the nicest attitude and biggest smile. He is still training but showed he's definitely learning quick and well. Great bed, super comfortable. Nice design!

Our room was very hot for all of our stay. It seemed as though the air conditioning unit had been set to a high temperature before we checked-in and we couldn’t get the heat out throughout the duration of our stay. We had to keep the window open the whole time and sleep with the window open every night, which was a shame as it was very noisy with the main road outside!

The room was absolutely amazing, very spacious and decorated so well! We loved it because it was something really different. We also loved the view out of our window. The bed was super comfy and spacious too! The bathroom was a great size and stocked up with toiletries and toilet roll. The location was also perfect, close to the trams and just a 20 minute walk into Brussels centre.

The mattresses were a bit on the hard size. There were a couple of mirrors at the end of the room but both were smoked glass, with four women trying to get ready to go out, we could have done with a normal mirror somewhere in the room.

There were four of us all adults and we stayed in a family room, the beds were huge (although the mattress was a bit hard) and the room was a good size. The bathroom was a fair size with a bath and over bath shower, there was a small fridge and a safe in the room, also an iron and ironing board. Like the idea that if you don't have your room cleaned you get a voucher for a free drink at the bar.

nHow has the friendliest staff. Room was very clean. I like the fact that they give incentives if you decide not to have your room cleaned; very earth friendly. I wouldn't mind booking again at this hotel if I were to go back in Brussels. Overall, our experience is a 10!

I really loved the breakfast time. This hotel is all about details....in everything. Mimosas, Belgian waffles, coffee and fruit. Staff is so nice and supportive. There is a lot of space, and it is not a noisy place, despite the fact that a lot of people may attend the restaurant area. Excellent service, a magnifique way to start the day and to be ready to stroll the city.
