The breakfast was excellent. It was limited, so, no buffet. But the Modeva is a boutique hotel and I wouldn't expect one; similar to a continental breakfast, but with added fresh fruit. The staff also went out and bought a particular Thai breakfast dish for me. The room had a Sharp flatscreen and major channels; Youtube, Netflix, etc. unlike other good resorts which only have Thai channels. This hotel's real bonus though, is the garden and pool, because they are so child friendly––toys, games, playground, sandpit, inflatables––very fun for my son :)

Special shout out to Mint at the reception desk who went out of her way to organize drivers for us to our various locations and who was super helpful and constantly smiling regardless of our constant questions. She was simply the best!
