Set within 20 km of Oita Bank Dome and 12 km of Oita Station, Beppu Hatto Onyado Nono Beppu offers rooms in Beppu. Featuring a restaurant, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi. The location was 2 mins walk away from beppu station. It is very new and opened in oct’23. The floor is tatami all around from the entrance to the lifts, hallway, and room. hotel wear was so comfortable too! I particularly enjoyed the private and public baths that you can use and the free ice cream/drink that’s offered. There’s a karaoke room that’s 1,000yen per hour too. Massage chair was ok there’s 3 units. Not too difficult to figure out if you use google translate camera to help you. The staff were extremely friendly and could speak English. Breakfast was 2,800yen - yes pricey but they’ve got a wide spread of buffet.

Lovely place about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We were there on 2 cold days in March but our room was warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very comfortable beds and an onsen in the room. We had a beautiful view out our window and in nice weather it would be lovely to sit outside but not on this visit. You eat downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The 2 dinners were fabulous and well prepared but we couldn't eat much of the breakfast (it was all Japanese), other guests loved it. But on the second day the cooks made us a delicious breakfast that kept us going all day. The owner is very helpful, he cares a lot about his guests, he's still working on the place and it will be really nice when it's done.

The owner of the hotel is a very nice and very helpful. I can see the beatiful view of the mountain from the window of the hotel. The private onsen is very impressive. I got lost because my GPS doesn't work and I got there late at night. Fortunately, I brought the phone number and the name of the hotel in Japanese. The owner is so nice to come to pick me up and take me to the hotel safely.

Superb service from the staff, especially Ms Yen and Ms Chabani Gopali and the chefs who made us two delicious dinners/breakfast the two nights we were there. Good onsen baths and good fun in the "walking" onsen and outdoor warm pools. Cabin was spacious and very comfortable. A big thank you for a very relaxing stay.
