L'hôtel est bien placé dans Manhattan, c'est un bon rapport qualité prix (pour Manhattan!!!). Le personnel à l'accueuil est très aimable et compréhensif aux problèmes récurrents avec le nettoyage de la chambre que nous avons rencontré. |

Le rapport qualité-prix. La localisation. La tranquilité. La propreté. L'hotel correspondait à mes attentes. J'ai réservé à la dernière minute. C'est le seul hotel que j'ai trouvé à proximité du métro, de time square et de broadway, empire state, etc. offrant ce rapport-qualité prix. J'ai aussi très apprécié que les enfants puissent séjourner gratuitement. |

Personnel accueillant, situé près des grands axes routier. Pour le prix c'est bien chambre très petite, pour une personnes ça suffit au maximum 2. ascenseur très lent. Variété du déjeuner moyen. secteur viellot mais situé à deux pas d'un poste de police donc sécuritaire.. |

Très propre mais très petit, notre chambre était microscopique !!! L'emplacement est idéal, il s'agit d'un coin paisible à quelques minutes à pied de Time Square. Le personnel était sympathique et accueillant et le déjeuner, quoique simple, était plus que suffisant ! |

The location allowed us walk to major sights. The price is ok for the city of ny. We arrived at the hotel at 12pm and they let us check-in. At check-out (12pm) they let us leave our bags at the hotel until 6pm. Improve cleaning (our floor hall smells bad) and maintenance (the shower and lock doesn't work properly) |

The location was ok for the price, NYC being very expenssive. The staff was nice and helpfull. The lack of cleanliness. Our room wasn't clean (not vaccumed and the bathroom wasn't done at all but the bed was done). So we had to change room, it was past midnight, and due to availibility we went from a non smoking king to a smoking queen (my wife being pregnant, we weren't pleased with the smoking room), and even that new room was not very clean (faeces on the flush handle). |

Very Convenient Loction - Staff couldn't be better - except maids The room was not clean - hair in bathroom - Had to ask for a room change and that bathroom was not clean either - Both rooms did not feel or smell clean |

The friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. When I had arrived in my hotel, my reseravation was canceled becasue my credit card did not go throught. The information was left on my answering machine, but it was after I left my office, so when I came to the hotel I was told that my reservation was canceled. The process should be improved to avoid accidents like this. |

Very nice, boutique size and style, though a national chain. Clean and well located. Continental breakfast rather limited, but does save $10-$15 per person per day. Very small room. If you are used to travel in Europe, this will feel quite familiar. However, by American standards it's a tiny room. |
