Limpieza, relativamente cerca del metro. Zona tranquila. Imposibilidad de abrir las ventanas. La moqueta huele a humedad. |

El precio es relativamente bajo para los valores de Manhattan. La habitación estaba limpia, el baño cómodo. El desayuno era bastante completo pero teníamos a veces que esperar turno para sentarnos ya que había pocas mesas disponibles.Tiene maquina expenderora de gaseosas y dispenser de café/te gratis para los huespedes, por las noches. El ascensor era lento, la habitación pequeña, y no se podían abrir las ventanas, pero tenía equipo para ventilación, refrigeraión y calefacción. Se escuchan los ruidos de una habitación a la otra,una noche pedimos silencio, y cesaron de inmediato. |

la ubicacion,,,esta en un lugar muy cercano al mar en medio de elevados y autopistas, muy solo para llegar sola de noche,,, no me gusto el sitio de la ciudad donde esta ubicado, supongo es por eso su precio en relacion a otros hoteles,,, prefiero pagar un poco mas y quedarme en un lugar mejor |

The location allowed us walk to major sights. The price is ok for the city of ny. We arrived at the hotel at 12pm and they let us check-in. At check-out (12pm) they let us leave our bags at the hotel until 6pm. Improve cleaning (our floor hall smells bad) and maintenance (the shower and lock doesn't work properly) |

The location was ok for the price, NYC being very expenssive. The staff was nice and helpfull. The lack of cleanliness. Our room wasn't clean (not vaccumed and the bathroom wasn't done at all but the bed was done). So we had to change room, it was past midnight, and due to availibility we went from a non smoking king to a smoking queen (my wife being pregnant, we weren't pleased with the smoking room), and even that new room was not very clean (faeces on the flush handle). |

Very Convenient Loction - Staff couldn't be better - except maids The room was not clean - hair in bathroom - Had to ask for a room change and that bathroom was not clean either - Both rooms did not feel or smell clean |

The friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms. When I had arrived in my hotel, my reseravation was canceled becasue my credit card did not go throught. The information was left on my answering machine, but it was after I left my office, so when I came to the hotel I was told that my reservation was canceled. The process should be improved to avoid accidents like this. |

Very nice, boutique size and style, though a national chain. Clean and well located. Continental breakfast rather limited, but does save $10-$15 per person per day. Very small room. If you are used to travel in Europe, this will feel quite familiar. However, by American standards it's a tiny room. |
