The room was very comfortable, we had one of the refurbished rooms and
it was very nice, we had to return to the hotel to stay a second night
that wasn't planned, and the staff were very accomodating, on the 2nd
occasion I had one of the non refurbished rooms and it was fine also.

The food in the restaurant was not great, I had a fish risotto and there
was an overpowering taste of fish off it, then I had steak, I asked for
it well done, but it came out very hard and crispy it was like he left
it the pan while I was eating my first course, then I had apple crumble
for desert, this was served in a soup bowl scalding hot and it was very
bland in taste

Useful staff, good breakfast, no fuss.The location is excellent for Central London.

The wrong newspapers delivered to room on both days (Financial Times and Sunday Telegraph instead of the Times and Sunday Times as requested.

Stayed in one of the refurbished rooms. Very comfortable. Reception staff very helpful, convenient having a car park.

Evening restaurant meals could be improved on. Consistently only fair.

I study customer service, and I did not see one staff smiles to any
customer, mostly all people working in the reception are not informative
not friendly, not even speaking english very well

Alot of things, the major thing is that I was over charged for things I
did not use, their poor explaining of how to use the tv and movies was
so bad, to a level where I didnt know what to do to play the movies and
then I was over charged, and for just pound, they made a big problem for
me and wanted me to pay it, they dont have any sense of customer service
or how to win customers.

lovely shower, comfortable beds. friendly helpful staff. room service was very reasonably priced and delicious food.

the nearest tube was a fifteen minute walk away.
