The room was really quiet, was easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location is good even if the jubilee line was not working during our stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful. The service in overall was good.. The fridge was not operating properly. |

The professionalism of the staff, comfort of the lounge area and very luxurious. The drinks at the bar were extremely expensive. Over £14 for one double JD and coke! |

Great staff, very friendly. Very helpful. Yes, we requested a non smoking room, the sign on the door said non smoking, but the previous guest had smoked, it was disgusting, we requested a change, and we were. The hotel should be more vigilant where guests request non smoking. |

nice,comfortable quiet bedroom 309, duvet may be not quite warm enough during very cold spell the breakfast. The lady at the breakfast reception was very good, but the other staff forgetful, untrained and uninterested. When a large table next to us was cleared all the crums, bits of egg ect were just flicked with a cloth onto the chairs, which were just left very randomly and never once adjusted. Indeed they were left in the middle of the room and staff had to walk around them!!!!!! |
