The complimentary bottle of water given every day and the breakfast
though some of the dishes need be improved a little bit.

Carpets need to be chabged. The beds are very small and don't have cover
sheets. The hotel needs to provide accessories like charger adopters as
any 4 star hotel would. Customer service is very poor. I had to wait for
an hour and half to get checked in because there was no room available.
All they could offer was a smoking area, the person did not care enough
to help. I had to push for the service

location

one lift only seem to work so took a long time esepcially if you are on the highe floors. Also there did seem enough people on reception when you are checking in/out.

Hotel is located in a splendid area, with many 24h buses operating
around..hotel's breakfast is highly recommended too (especially if you
find hard to eat decent food around london)_ it would be better though
if rooms had small refridgerators_

The breakfast itself provived a good range of choice and was hot and
well presented. However, on the second morning we were unable to get any
tea to drink, despite requesting service on at least two occasions.

While the room and the bed were comfotable there was considerable
noise from both the traffic and the roof a/C. Suggest improved double
glazing needed.
