They were very friendly and very were located. Our room had a direct view to the river so it was really good The room safe didn't work, during the weekdays, the breakfasts were only until 9:30 which didn't allow us to rest a little bit longer... |

I liked the fact that the hotel was close to the Eiffel Tower and that we could see the top of the tower from our room. I also liked the fact that the hotel was close to the metro station which made it easy for travelling into the shopping district. The pillows were very fat, in other words they were stuffed too much for my likening. I awoke with a creak in my neck on both mornings, thinner pillows would have been better. |

The hotel was excellent, very close to the Eiffel Tower and within easy walking distance of the Champs Elysees. The staff in the hotel were brilliant, and the breakfast could have filled you up for the day! |

proximity of tourist attractions Due to single glazing our room was not very warm. When we checked in we were told breakfast was from 6 am to 10.30 am but we were not told it stopped at 9.30 am during the week.When we arrived for b'fast on the Monday at 9.40 am we were told very abruptly by the staff b'fast has finished!!.The room safe was locked and we could not open it without help. Staff were helpful, our room was lovely & the location is good. To get breakfast (which we already paid for) delivered to our room cost €24 and two bottles of water from room service cost €14! I would recommend staying away from any of the extra services or products sold in the hotel as they are too expensive. |

proximity to the centre of paris, my father is in a wheelchair and could not get into the hotel via the front entrance. he had to be taken in the service lift each time he wanted to leave the hotel. |

Room was very nice and clean. Staff checked us in and gave us a room even though we were early. Very close to Eiffel Tower which was great. |

Olthough the building doesn't look very attractive on the outside, the completely refurbished hotel looks very good on the inside, with nice and modern decorated rooms. The 'breakfast included', was only applicable to the buffet breakfast in the main restaurant, although they offer 4 breakfast options in different restaurants. This was not indicated anywhere and they didn't tell us at check-in. So when we had breakfast in the bar (which normally, is even cheaper) we were told at check-out that we needed to pay a surcharge. Some discussion solved the issue though. |

my room was nice & the cattle it was useful ..i stayed 2 days but at the 2nd day i didn't find the cattle stuff nescafe,milk &water . yes the lift voice during the whole day it was disturbing me & as i read that the hotel is far from the metro ..the hotel should make shuttle every 10 min to the metro |
