The hotel is situated in the historical heart of Paris, Le Marais, a few steps from Place des Vosges, the Picasso Museum and Opéra Bastille.

Entirely renovated in 2004/2005 this charming property consists of 9 historical buildings from the 18th and 19th centuries around an impressive courtyard of 1.500 m² with private gardens and terraces.

Our new reception, lobby and restaurant have been realised by exclusive designers with refined decoration from Stark and Swarowski.

The hotel features also LCD flat-screen television.

Entirely renovated in 2004/2005 this charming property consists of 9 buildings from the 18th and 19th century, including an authentic workshop from Gustave Eiffel, which is listed as historical building.

All 265 rooms and suites enjoy an unique view onto 1500 m² of private gardens and terraces.

Our new reception, lobby and restaurant have been created by exclusive designers with refined decorations from Stark and Swarovski.

There is also a winter garden restaurant with terraces, a bar, a fitness centre and private parking.

Food & beverage

Enjoy fine French cuisine in the restaurant La Bastide. Relax in the winter garden’s cosy atmosphere or on the terraces.

A full American buffet breakfast is served every morning in the salon Deauville from 07:00 to 10:00 during weekdays and from 07:00 to 11:00 during weekends.

Lunch is served from noon to 14:30 and dinner from 18:00 to 22:00.

The bar and terrace cafe are open all day until 23:00.

All air conditioned 265 rooms and suites are fully equipped with satellite TV, pay TV, WiFi, a telephone, a safe, mini bar, tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer and room service.

The hotel is clean and the rooms are interesting - it is a series of buildings connected together. The buildings were designed by Gustave Eiffel.

The hotel is very expensive - they wanted to charge us the breakfast rate of 20 euros for one cup of coffee!!! We would have to pay 40 euros for both of us to have coffee!! It is also in a run-down area of Marais and I didn't feel safe walking at night alone. I think you could find a hotel of the same caliber in a better area.

Location was great. Size of the room exceptional for Paris at this price.

Thought could improve the confort: heating too high and difficult to lower. Very noisy appliances in the room (the fridge I think).

Room had no toilet paper on arrival. No kettle yet coffee and tea available. Room not serviced at 17:30 upon my return. The excuse was that the hotel was over-booked. This happened again on the 2nd day. Bathroom had an unclean odour. For the price, definitely not value for money. It seemed as if the hotel staff was doing us a favour...........

Hotel is placed around a quiet courtyard and thus not affected by traffic noise

The room did not meet the hotel category at all: no desk, no internet connection, very noisy situation in the morning: the door of the breakfast room slammed at each entry/exit of guests

It felt very safe and was close to the metro. Room was large for a standard room.

The reception looks great but the rooms are a disappointment;the carpets in the room and corridors very shabby with marks on them.Lift wasn't working properly.In general the service could have been a lot better and friendlier .

The Resteraunt was excellent

The toilet was not clean upon arrival, the was no ashtray in the room, and although I requested one I did not get it.
