Location and the reception people were great.
We stay at this hotel every time we visit Paris which is normally 5 to 6

清潔で、快適に過ごすことができ感謝している。フロント係、ハウスキーピング係の対応は良い。 ２泊したが、２日目の外出から戻ってきたら、部屋に並べておいてあったはずのゴルフ靴がなぜか無くなっていた。翌早朝、フロントへ行き話をしたら、９時間半頃に戻ってきた。フロントの対応に感謝しているが、無くなった理由は聞いていない。また、ホテルのランクに対して、朝食の内容は期待したほどではなかった。 |

La entrada del hotel y su situación Había resevado dos habitaciones, una de ellas era excelente pero la otra, que además le fue asignada a mis suegros, era de una categoría consierablemente inferior (era mucho más pequeña y no acorde con el precio y su teórica categoría). Hice la queja en recepción, pero el recepcinista se negó a cambiarles de habitación alegando que era una habitación de la misma categoría que la mia. |
