Our free upgrade meant that we stayed in one of the hotel's two floor suites, which was a fantastic room with a massive balcony overlooking Ardmore Bay. The Pool and Spa was the best I've experienced to date. The breakfast was a la carte and was definitely 5-Star standard of service and taste.
