「Il Giardino Del Sole is a small paradise on the outskirts of Catania, one will not even know you are so close to everything as you are immersed in the countryside. It is around 15-20 mins from the big shipping complexes and around 1-1.5hrs from ETNA depending if you are going to ETNA Sud or ETNA Nord. The owners are such exquisite people they make you feel home away from home. On the first day we arrived late, but they kept their restaurant open for us, the staff and pizzeria are superb. If you go there make sure you taste their pizza and buy their homemade products. It is the perfect place to go both if you are with your family, including pets or alone. Our daughter had a fabulous time exploring the farm and seeing all their animals. This Agriturismo is perfect for relaxing both in summer and winter, rooms are very nice, comfortable, clean and well maintained. We highly recommend Il Giardino Del Sole, we will definitely go again!」

「Lovely apartment on a fantastic working citrus grove. Perfect time of year as the oranges and lemons were ripe. Beautiful views of Mt Etna. Great outdoors facilities, welcoming hosts who arranged an easy meet up point on arrival. One of the best showers I've ever used complete with massage jets. Facilities in kitchen fine for self-catering with big fridge & freezer. Easy access to many wonderful archaeological sites & historic cities, with both coast and beautiful mountains an easy drive away. Good exploring weather (in Feb) whilst still quiet.. we often had sites to ourselves. Combine that with the excellent food of the region and the excitement of Sicilian driving, and couldnt have wished for a better holiday. Just wish we could have smuggled one of the pups into our suitcase... Thankyou Luciano & Enza!」

「We spent a week in the upper appartment. The place is really well equipped and furnished. You will find there all you need (and more), which makes you feel like home. It all looks exactly as on the picturtes (which is not always the case as you know...). You will need a car to get there and it offers a safe place to park within a private area. Easily reachable from Catania airport. The hosts: Federico and Fabio are ready to help in anything you ask. They dont live at the place but will come anytime you need them. A small private beach (stones) is within a short walking distance, but if you prefer sand, just drive up a bit to Agnone Bagni. In September the beaches are almost empty and the sea warm. Nice resteurants are in a small fishermen village Brucoli (not too touristic so quite authentic). We suggest Al Castello at the end of the main street - good wines and service. As a summary: if we happen to come to Sicily again we will choose Zag House to stay. Greetings to Federico and Fabio!」

「Very calm and safe location of house, close to long and nice beach, kitchen was well equipped, everything was fine. Owners are very kind, there is no problem to do check-in after 22 h and check-out at 6 in the morning. We got bowl of fruits for welcoming and small present, when we left. Highly recommend!」
